I’m kinda shook. I order all my drinks with light ice because I drink slow and don’t want them to get watered down. I have gotten Starbucks hundreds of times in my life and get the same stuff every time. With light ice. This place has now given me a drink that’s only 3/4 full TWICE because of “light ice.” No other Starbucks I have EVER been to has done this. It’s kinda pathetic that after spending $6 for a coffee they would pull that. In this economy? ? if I ordered no ice would they give me half a coffee? Also I just had a sip. It’s the worst Starbucks drink I ever had. Sad way to kick off the day :’(
Rudest, snootiest and most unprofessional employees I've ever come across. They speak in hateful tones and don't listen to customers placing orders; you have to keep repeating yourself. The white male employees are the worst; they act as if they're too good to be working at Starbucks and constantly moan and groan about the customers and give them dirty looks as though they aren't welcome in their store. The one that calls himself Gerik is the worst. I say if you don't like your job, quit! Don't be hateful towards your customers!
I used to think that Starbucks was overpriced. That it was like buying designer coffee. But my recent trip there with a friend who swears by Starbucks only, has changed my mind. Not only is this service beyond any other coffee shop I've been to. But the product itself is just Amazing Just bold robust and delicious. And really honestly no more than the cost of a cup of specialty coffee at Wawa or Sheetz. I will definitely be treating myself more often!
WOW!!! Talk about customer service! If you want a fun experience, go in the afternoon or evening! The staff is always in a GOOD MOOD and make me leave with a smile on my face! The two or three guys who always work the drive through are kind and respectful and FUNNY and ive never had a bad experience! Truly a gem these days…
They get the order right, but customer service skills are a little hit or miss. Texting during a rush, and otherwise seeming unpleasant is just not the move.
I mean it's Starbucks. At this point what is there to say really...if you like it you like it. Period. ??♂️ I definitely like it.
This Starbucks has the friendliest employees. Always a pleasant experience to go to this location! The parking lot is small/tight, but there's also street parking, and the drive thru line usually moves pretty quickly.

Drive through was our choice. Even with 5 orders and 3 sandwiches they were quick enough
This location is very well organized and efficient. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly. Staff is friendly, and my drink is always right.
