Quiet. Large parking lot. Friendly service.
Friendly staff for the most part but not so great quality control on the drinks. Some days amazing other days not so much. I would go to the boulevard Starbucks instead
Good spot to enjoy your coffee inside. They are appreciative if you wear your mask. Very grateful.
I don't generally go-to Starbucks if one of the amazing local shops are open but this place is fast,and never messes my order up and I always have lots of customization on my drink. 4 stars is the most I'd give a chain place so good job. Also I've only done mobile orders here.
After a rough start to my morning, I was happy to see smiling faces even behind the masks.
Lots of people but the service was good. Not too long of a wait. Coffee lovers can't do do with out Starbucks.
Three of the MANY non-service dogs I've seen paraded in here and not turned out. Obviously service dogs are not required to wear a vest or provide ID per the ADA, but a dog straining at a non-pull harness, or being allowed to jump all over the counter repeatedly most certainly is not one. Anyone with an ACTUAL service dog should avoid this location if you want to avoid potentially dangerous encounters.
All service here depends on staff. If the two brunette (sisters maybe) or the two tall guys aren’t working (the only baristas saving this place), the rest of staff gets in the weeds even when slow, meltdown and get rude af.Given wrong drink? CUSTOMER’S FAULT!Someone stole a mobile order? CUSTOMER’S FAULT!Drink made wrong even though written correct on cup….. who’s fault? If you guessed the CUSTOMER, ding ding ding! You win the prize!
We always place orders there online and it's always ready either before we get there or as we come inside. The drinks and food is always good and the employees are super nice - definitely my favorite Starbucks in Richmond!
Staff’s nice, but depending on who’s working, you could wait 1 minute or 20 for the same drink. STORE MANAGER IS A REAL AWWWFUL KAREN
