Horrible coffee. They don't seem to follow the same procedures to make drinks the way other locations do. I have never received a good drink from this location. I keep trying in hopes that maybe they are having an off day but they consistently make bad drinks. Got a sweet cream cold brew today that tasted nothing like what it's supposed to. Got a White Chocolate Mocha a couple weeks ago that tasted like hot milk with no coffee.

Monday November 29th 20 minutes late opening and supposedly the oven was down so no hot food. Regular coffee was awful ?
Oddly short hours of operation that are compounded by exceptionally slow service. This leads to long lines of grumpy customers

Love the breakfast while staying at the Omni Richmond hotel and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a good breakfast sandwich that my picky 9-year-old ended up loving. Thank you!
This is located inside Omni Hotel. However there is no entrance from 12th street as there is a sign that says door is out of order but does not point to an alternate entrance. It took 5-7 minutes for us to figure that out.The breakfast menu did not have our first 2 choices and this is at 7.30 am on a Sunday. We had to settle for what is available rather what we want.Though the service was good, Definitely this is not a starbucks experience that you would expect elsewhere.
