I often go to this location and my order has always been ready by the promised time. Today, I was having a rough morning after having to sit in DMV due to someone stealing my decals and decided to get a mocha on my way to work. Glad I did because there was a smiley face on my top * this one little gesture, made my day. Thank you!
My " Go-To" Starbucks after shift, on Saturday and Sunday mornings! Employees are very friendly and personable! Good service ?
Nice open area for relaxing with a cup - the leather chairs are very comfortable!
This Starbucks was absolutely slammed when we visited but we were still treated fairly and the drinks were yummy.
I usually do a mobile order at this location on my way to work on Saturdays. Everything is up to what one expects from Starbucks. This store only gets a 3 from me because they are so often out of what I usually order -at least once a month
I’ve been sitting in Starbucks (7000 Forest) since 8am waiting for my sister to get out of cardiac surgery. I finally got the call at 11:45am that the surgery was a success and she’ll be moved to recovery soon!! Thank to the wonderful employees that made my wait a bearable experience. They had no idea why I was sitting there for so long. The staff was quick, music was peaceful, and staff and an manager were all very nice. Blessings
Google says they close at 8:30. I pulled up at 6:15 and the doors were locked and they aren’t answering the phone to clarify what their hours were. If there was a “closing early” sign, I didn’t see it.

Even though the Starbucks was slam busy, and understaffed, the barista at the window was so kind and friendly. People need to remember that this is a time of unprecedented events. If they're going to get in a drive-thru for coffee, they need to be ready to wait. The barista my hats off to you and your crew inside! It was an excellent cup of coffee!
The drive thru girl with the tattoos and red hair making drinks made my experience unpleasant.
