I left Starbucks feeling perplexed. Ordered my drink using mobile app. (Keep in mind that they were NOT busy - only one car in front). I went to where you place your order @ the drive through to let them know that I was picking up my mobile order. The guy on the other end told me that I needed to wait for 5 minutes AFTER I place my mobile order and then come and get it. To me, there’s no difference for when I pull-up and order to still sit and wait for my one drink. What is the difference?!?! I’m still waiting either/or after I placed my one drink order whether using mobile app or drive through. Five STARS for the Baristas - very professional and efficient.!! The drive through guy needs to take some classes on Customer Service.

This location is always out of stock of various items. I tried to make a quick stop for lunch. Ordered a grilled cheese, they were out, so I then tried to request a Tomato Mozzarella sandwich. They were out of that too. I then opted to go elsewhere, but it sucks when I have preloaded card for lunch and now have to go spend money elsewhere. I primarily go to this location because it is close to work, but I do no plan on reloading my card since they are so hit -or-miss. More of a miss lately.

Service was Excellent along with food I'll return soon ?

It is to expensive. If I didn't have a gift card. 3.15 FOR A LARGE BLACK COFFEE. MCDONALD'S KESS THAN 2.00. WAWA. LESS THAN 2.00. JUST AS GOOD.

Lots of issues at this location recently. It is convenient to me but every time I come, it doesn’t matter if I’ve done order ahead or not, the lobby is either closed and I’m forced to go through the drive thru or I go into the lobby and am waiting another 15-20 minutes. I realize these are petty problems for one to have but it happens to frequently now it makes me not want to come to this location anymore. The staff is nice but when you order ahead and are waiting almost 30 mins for a drink that will then be room temp, it’s not worth it.

The staff here is great. I was greeted at the drive through with a great singing voice that made me chuckle. My drink was perfect. Thank you for making my day.

Starbucks needs to have someone taking drive-thru orders and someone giving out the orders. Waited too long for my hot drink sitting on the counter while another order was being rung up. I use the drive-thru to get hot drinks not warm ones.

Overall clean and tidy. They do a good job but at times can be slower than I have had in other locations.

Major staffing issues at this location. Showed up at 9am Tuesday morning and not a single employee there. Not the first time I've been with no one there.On the plus side, when there is staff there, they're always very pleasant and get my mango dragonfruit correct.Starbucks please offer better incentives and compensation to your employees, it inconveniences your customers and your poor overworked staff.

Terrible!!! RUN!!! At least 20 people waiting for mobile orders, drive thru a mile long and onlyb3 people working in the store! And,this is one of many of the same experience with this Starbucks! Better Service on Hull street!
