They never have the fruits for the refresher the time they did they were so stale the staff is somewhat unfriendly I don't go here anymore I'll travel a little further for better service I'll give them 2 stars just being nice
I feel like this location has fine down hill a bit. Most of the time they ate out of your favorites.
OMG - don't go here - 2nd Starbucks I tried today to get a Chai Tea Latte which is on their menu board. She couldn't figure this out at all. I even pointed to the board. Also I asked for an Impossible breakfast sandwich without cheese and she couldn't figure this out. Asked me what I wanted 4 times. Told her 4 times. She just couldn't;t get it. Left here too
RUDE drive thru, didn’t acknowledge me at all!!!! I spoke she didn’t say anything back, never greeted me, just completely ignored me, and I even told her to have a nice day, and she didn’t say anything back! Just rude, and disappointing, I will not be going back to that one.
This place is good one day, bad the next, they could use some retraining on making drinks. And they attempted to give me 75% full cups when I ordered no ice and claimed it’s “standard” Ive worked for Starbucks for a few years and that’s never been a “standard”. The barista had attitude and wanted to talk trash to the other baristas right in front on me. Definitely would tell anybody take the little bit of a further drive for some much better customer service, and better drink consistency.
I’d highly recommend not having Nata make your drink i had her remake my drink and because it was watered down and she obviously needs to be retrained due to the lack of ability she clearly has when it comes to making a strawberry refresher. Bless her soul and i hope that management finds her incompetence as a result of the need to be retrained.
They never repeat your order back to you at drive, and then proceed to get your order wrong. I get iced coffee with nothing, no cream, no sugar- and they’ve managed to mess that up several times. Like, how. Then when you come back they act confused and don’t even acknowledge that they made a mistake.
All the employees worked as a team, the service was terrific and the food was perfect. Every one of our visits were perfect My thanks to all of them!
