Yep it's Starbucks. My favorite thing about Starbucks isn't the drinks though I have my favorites there. My favorite thing is the smell of processed coffee beans that permeates the restaurant.Even when I pull up at the drive-thru, I love the smells of coffee beans that come out of the window as they take my money or hand me my drink. As a heads up to you husbands and fathers out there a quick stop here can save your marriage when words are failing and put a smile on a depressed child's face
We were traveling through on a long road trip and stopped in just before closing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The washrooms were spotless. This is an amazing spot! Thanks to batistas for keeping it classy right until the final minute!
I believe I have visited every Starbucks in Richmond, and I have always found the friendliest staff is at Brook rd.
Nice Starbucks store with several tables to sit outside. Inside is large as well. Has drive thru and online order
Not many Starbucks can make a Cafe vanilla Frappuccino perfect. I hate when I purchase a drink over $5 and it's not right. I was so delicious and satisfying
Look, I don't want to say I get around, HOWEVER... I have experienced my fair share of Starbucks locations throughout multiple states. I have been holed up here for two days conducing interviews so I have seen and heard hours of interaction between staff and guest, and this is the nicest staff I have come across. They have fantastic personalities and I have witnessed them go above and beyond multiple times for their guests. The store is also very clean. I will continue to visit this location and only this location when in the area.
This is my everyday stop before work. My drink is always perfect and they are very friendly and cheerful. I just love this location so much I don't understand why so many people complaining about missing items,,people is a coffee shop not a grocery store, they will run out of items,,as far as service I have never had an issue with them but then again I place the same order everyday so I guess they now it by heart lol thanks Starbucks Brook road you guys make mornings a lot.better

Usually really good here. Had an off time this morning, probably because they were busy. Ordered a caramel frappe without coffee/cream version since the person who wanted it has a heart issue that doesn't permit caffeine.They tried to give us one with coffee at the window. I asked if it had coffee and they said they'd remake it. I don't like being a bother, but they've fixed our drinks before when they weren't right. Wouldn't have been an issue if they didn't then bring us out a "new" one with coffee when they had us pull forward. I don't know if they did it on purpose or not but for 5-6 bucks a drink it would be nice to be able to drink it.Again, this location is usually good. They've made coffee versions before and fixed it, but today just wasn't as good as usual.
