I ordered 2 Sonic Blasts to take home and when we got home discovered they had very little mix-ins in them! Sprinkles on top but could barely see tiny speckles of the ingredients in the mix. It was basically vanilla ice cream with speckles....not much taste. Called to complain and basically just said they were sorry in a non-sorry way. We've had these awhile ago and I even looked them up online to see how they look and the ones we received were definitely a rip off. I think this franchise is trying to save money by really skimping on the ingredients or someone really measured wrong! Not worth trying again.
Drove up, lucky to find a spot at close to lunchtime. Realized the screen was broken, ok no problem, menu is above screen. Press the button to order. Can't pay at kiosk though. Had to give credit card to delivery person on skates. They skate away with my card. They may never come back. At least I have a good burger, fries, coke and hot fudge shake. They do come back though. I get my card back. I'm full. I dreamt that night that I pulled into a Sonic spot and the screen welcomes me and there's no credit card anxiety to go along with the tasty food.
C-rations tasted better than what was served to us today. Did mention it to a server, who wanted to redo the order. We opted out, but wanted to let the manager know what went wrong with our food. A do over, I don't believe, would have made the bread less stale, unless they're serving sandwiches on stale bread first, then break out the fresh bread on an observation/ complaint.Can't fathom the long lines in drive-thru though....
Sonic has been a nightmare the last few times I’ve been there, but today took the cake. It’s Saturday morning about 11:30. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes I finally get to the window the young lady said give me a min. After waiting about 5 more minutes I said hello she said give me a sec the kitchen is backed up. Mind u 3 people had left behind me. The car that was in front of me pulled off and so did I. The inconvenience!!!!! If you don’t have enough people or your disorganized don’t open just have people sitting there! Do better Sonic
Normally I don't mind going to sonic. I don't eat much here being a vegetarian but my kid loves the shakes. Today was a nightmare. Sat at the order spot in the drive thru for several minutes, no one acknowledged me. Finally hopped out of line and went to a parking order spot and of course immediately the car behind me was helped. Whatever. Then it was literally pulling teeth to order a mini shake. Wrong flavor entered. Wrong size, 3 times. I had to explain the shake sizes. I am sick and literally left the house for a 3 dollar shake for my kid that I promised yesterday and it was a logistical nightmare.The car hop was delightful and friendly. The shake was good but not quite right. It was at least the right size ?? so we survived. My 6 year old does not need anything more than a mini.Not the greatest experience today.
I ordered on the app, and I waited for 30 mins or more. I saw multiple employees fooling around and even go to their friends’ car. I finally went up to an employee to ask about the update about the order. They do not care at all about customers. This may be the closest sonic but I am going to avoid this one, as I saw other customers waiting before me for a while too. Not worth it.
Fresh food. They actually followed the special requests unlike McD's, Wendy's, Chipotle etc ... The burger was delicious and the popcorn chicken was actually really tasty. Service was slow - app said ready by 8:35 but I didn't get it until closer to 8:50 which is weird bc they weren't busy. Overall I would definitely go back to this location.
My favorite place to get a breakfast wrap (#15 ultimate meat & cheese) at any time of day. However, at this visit, there were chopped onions and jalapenos added, which I did not request.
Great burgers, great shakes (hard to drink while you're driving, they're pretty thick). Order was made well and everything was quality.Ordered the pretzel and cheese, as well on a last minute whim. Didn't get the cheese, and was bummed, but the pretzel was SO good that I didn't even mind.
I used to love getting quick food here but as of lately the service and food has been under par, and it seems the staff couldn’t get my orders right if there life depended on it. Thats at all the locations in Virginia tho. Also vulgar drawings on the window that kind of made me lose my appetite, staff didn’t seem to care. Overall sonic seems to disappoint me every time i wanna give them another chance. Not worth the price or the time.
