This location is chronically understaffed. The stalls are not usually open, so just go to the drive-through. The food is okay. It took us 30 minutes to get the food after waiting in the stall and being told to go through the drive-through. They need more people working at the location.Edited to add: our whole family got sick from the food tonight. I won’t make the mistake of going there again.
Everything else was great (Service and attitude, the rest of the meal) but the Sonic burger we received was barely warm. I don’t know if the toppings are stored just above freezing and supercooled the patty and/or was barely cooked to temp but it was not the burger I’d expect from a Sonic. And yes we ate as soon as we received our order.
Normally decent food and service here, but today I pulled up to one of the car stalls and pressed the button to order. Then waited, and waited, and waited. Then I heard someone that pulled into a nearby space after me talking to someone inside. I pressed the button repeatedly, only to have someone then say they're only doing drive-thru orders. If you're short handed and no car hops, that's fine, but have signs out or don't let someone sit there without responding.
I really don't know what to expect from Sonic anymore. This was the smartest ultimate meat and cheese burrito I have ever received. It was missing several ingredients.But it was hot. "That's worth 2 stars"
Parked in spot & was asked to come to drive thru. Parking should have been blocked if they weren't servicing spaces. Order taker was very direct, rushing & somewhat rude. Order accurate but one of my burgers was darn near frozen. The burger was cold to the touch & the cheese wasnt melted all. No marinara included with cheese sticks. I asked for a large slush and received a medium. Wasnt asked if I wanted condiments for the meals. Had to get back in long line to correct the burger issue. The cashier was pleasant and fixed the issue - but they need more training for the order taker. He doesn't know how to deliver a good customer experience. I will NOT come back to this location.
Great customer service and clean environment.Food is cooked fully. Shakes are outstanding.Burgers are okay, would recommend popcorn chickens and fries.
Awful service. Server couldn't remember two simple combo meals then got an attitude when questioned about it. A manager or someone else took over but their hiring process is lacking. The food, as usual, was nasty. The lettuce tasted like week old lettuce from a full fridge. The beef was particularly dry and the fries, super soggy. The chili on the footling was actually good though not enough to save them. Terrible place. Terrible, terrible place.
I used to love sonic. They have the best fast food milkshakes, in my opinion. And they’re right by my house so my wife and I would go often. But one night they gave my wife a spoiled milkshake, not sure if it was the milk or what but after a back and forth email with corporate, we never got our money back. And now this precise location isn’t serving ice cream after 8pm. When other sonics offer it. How can you advertise one of your most popular products but won’t sell them? Will never buy from the store again
I used to love coming here & would very frequently. I’ve had loads of issues here in the past few years, waiting 40+ minutes for food, denying they had my order, incorrect items, missing items, etc. Tonight I was given an extra milkshake, but the wrong flavors, all completely melted. Also was reassured the straws/spoons were in the stapled bag & they were not. Very disappointing and frustrating every time I visit, seems I’ll have to travel further to another location from now on.
Food is okay unfortunately we didn't get are complete order. Some snack items I asked for 2 frito burritos only got 1 no big deal, we go again the next day ordered 2 pretzel twist didn't get either of them that time also other items with combo was missing as well. Shakes are good definitely don't like wasting my money paying for food an not receiving it.
