Extremely disappointed.This was our first day back in over a year and the restaurant has changed for the worse. Menu has changed, service has changed, staff has changed and cleanliness is not satisfactory.Calamari was similar to fried chips. Over cooked, no taste of Calamari and could be sold as chips. My son ordered Chicken Carbonara. Chicken was dry and had no taste, Carbonara sauce had no taste. My wife ordered Rib Eye Steak which was ordered medium well but was more medium rare. Other than cooked wrong it was also like rubber. My burger wasn’t bad however it was served with fries and after seeing the fingers of wait staff picking at them I couldn’t eat. Last and most concerning was the professionalism of staff in kitchen. We were seated towards the back and I was facing the kitchen. Wait staff and cooks were dancing and singing in back. Multiple waiters picking fries with their bare hands out of the large stainless steel bowl where they are kept to serve customers. Seemed there was no form of discipline or care from both wait and kitchen staff. There is a lot to see when you have an open kitchen. Last time we visit. No need for reply from manager. Do the right thing and properly over see your staff and discipline them especially with open kitchen. Good help is hard to find but no excuse for unsanitary behavior of staff.
This is what the calamari looked like that I received. It was incredibly overcooked, obviously visually, but also obvious after trying one. It was like eating the crispy fried flour, nothing else.
It was great! Service was good. There wasn’t a lot of people in there eating at that hour. Nachos are so good! My American mule was on point!
Came in today and the server was fantastic! She was very attentive. I saw the manager in the back cooking. Looks like they may not have had a cook come in yet or called out. I’m Impressed that he was back there all alone. I’m a General Manager of a restaurant and it can be tough. Especially in Covid times. It’s nice to see a manager and staff working so hard.
The young lady that served me was really nice, but they don’t even give you napkins a for the table and actually the name Rock Bottom fits them well because literally that’s is where they are going with food like that! I feel so sick after eating from there! I’m never going back.

For a small chain, they give a great local bar experience. The bartender Brian treats us like regulars each time we’re here. The beer is great, the food is tasty, and the service is fantastic.
My son & I ate lunch here today! We had Lauren as our server & bartender! She was wonderful! 20 customers & she still was ready for the refill each time! We had pretzel bites & loved them!
