i stumbled upon this coffee shop while walking around Church Hill and it is such a hidden gem!The space is like vintage but modern at the same time, and I love how they designed the high top tables on a long bench to give us remote workers plenty of space to work and enjoy a coffee. BUT it’s also very welcoming to a family coming for breakfast or friends meeting to play board games. The coffee is top tier and i’m slightly obsessed the breakfast sandwiches. Or maybe it’s the bacon that i love… i’m not sure!And finally the staff is super sweet, they always make me feel like a million bucks and they seem to know everyone in the neighborhood by name. This place feels like walking into your grandma’s kitchen and i hope it is here in RVA for the long haul!
The staff is always so sweet and helpful. They were very accommodating with my sandwich this morning and they make the best iced coffee. Riverbend is our favorite roastery, for sure. Including This Dayum Jam is an added bonus, we love to see the support
Really cute space both inside and out. They don’t allow dogs inside but they do have a water bowl out front! Great selection of cute mugs to purchase and they offer a nice selection of brand and syrups.
Very cool coffee shop. Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee was perfectly made and strong although took a little longer than I would have liked but that's my fault since I was in a rush and they were very busy when I got there. I also ordered a raspberry scone which was a little soft for my personal preference but delicious nevertheless.
Great coffee! Blueberries and Cream is an all time favorite! staff is super nice. They have just started having gluten free and vegan baked goods occasionally as well! They typically have vegan often, but GF, is hard to come by. Yummy!
Looking for a coffee shop in downtown, we stumbled upon this Gem. They roast their coffee 3 times a week, and their flavored coffees are excellent. Excellent, friendly service. We will be back.
One of my favorite coffee shops in Richmond. One of the few open late, I mean, 6 PM is pretty late for a coffee shop. Their coffee selection is very delicious and the pastries are always so scrumptious. Parking on the street. Excellent stop if visiting Libby Hill Park or The nearby restaurants.
This place and the staff is so awesome! Today was the first snow day of the year and i walked over to grab a coffee with my 2.5 year old. The girls that were working were so friendly and took the time to make my toddler a “special “ hot chocolate. It made her day and she kept walking around with her “special” cup for the rest of the day ! 100% recommend this place
Really great little coffee shop/lunch spot/breakfast place! The new owners have done a wonderful job of thoughtfully setting up the space. There are outlets at each seating area, so you can easily plug in your laptop to get some work done. The window seat area even has a couple electrical outlets. Free WiFi. Great service! The plants add a nice touch to the space as well. It's usually pretty easy to find a parking spot on the street. There are also outdoor tables and benches, and a dog bowl of water outside. Highly recommend the Church Hill iced coffee here. You can also use their gift cards at Liberty Public House since they're owned by the same people. Love that they decided to do that!
