Friendly service, fast at getting the orders to the table, and our burgers were fantastic. I'd give it 5 stars if the menu wasn't so weird. I liked the way a burger sounded while reading until I'd come across something (s) strange. Like avocado on a bacon burger or barbecue sauce on another. I know, you can request things not be put on but after having worked in the industry when I was younger, that's an invitation for a wrong order. Nitpicking aside, a good experience.
We go here all the time. During COVID seriousness we got it on a delivery app all the time. It's always delicious. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because while they have a great menu selection, some of the burgers are extremely basic so you want to add more (I got the haystack tavern) and it's only cheese and onion and the littlest blob of sauce. I had to ask for pickles and ask for other things which we were then forgotten which wasn't a huge deal, server ran to kitchen and got them. But yeah. Add like a *Tavern Burgers come with LTO if wanted* or something.
Look the food last night was sooooo good I was eating it so fast I almost lost a figure lol very satisfied with my order might go again today since I enjoyed it so much last night
Surprisingly delicious! While burgers and fried everything are only an occasional option for me, Red Robin is a treat. My picky grands thoroughly enjoyed their burgers and the fish and chips I had were nicely done. We even enjoyed the fried pickles. I have always been a fan of the onion rings and the dipping sauces are delicious! No one had a second helping of fries, so we didn't benefit from the bottomless fries offer, but we didn't leave hungry!
Red Robin has great food and great service
The food was pretty good. Our server forgot about our appetizers so when we reminded him, they were delivered cold.Almost impossible to get drink refills. The ladies room was very dirty.
Food was fresh and delicious as always. We love getting the Tavern Big Burger with bottomless sides you can't go wrong. Table service was good as well.
Mediocre at best. There wasn't to long of a wait for the table or the food. However, food arrived to us a bit cold. The taste was good, nothing to rave about. The server was great- she's what made this 3 stars, instead of 2. The atmosphere was dim with the dirty mop water/old carpet smell in the air. And the icing on the cake: my second round of fries had someone's hair in it.
I ate as a party of 6. Says Gourmet burgers but just lacking is all. Like average instead of a Chef cooking with care. Service is good n love the unless fries too. I eat out much n tasted area wide restaurant burgers- maybe they should to. I hate to rate them this way because of rising costs of food but it's just ok. Expected something a little better for a specialty type burger joint was all.
The service was exemplary. Kind and efficient server. Wonderful burgers - kudos to the kitchen staff! This is the Red Robin we expected. Thank you!
