Delicious and always gets my order right. Even with going there multiple times a week.
I would've gave less but I didn't have that option. Last week we went in to place a order and the cook was not listening to our order because when we got to the checkout the order was whole sandwiches with soup instead of the Pick a Pair we ask for in the beginning. When the cashier told me the amount I said "how"? She said you have whole sandwiches and soup so I told her we ask for half that's why we have the soup. She said well now everyone has a whole sandwiches(Sarcastic tone). I ask where was the manager and she pointed to him out. The manager heard everything, so I ask him are you ok with her talking to me like that. He said all I heard was her trying to resolve the issue. I told him this is unacceptable and I will be call Corporate. I said the least you could have done was charged us what we asked for. He said nothing. This was last week. Today I went back to pick up food and the same cashier was there and I notice a Caucasian Girl, not in uniform sitting on the Counter top near the other Cash Register. I can not say that I have ever seen a Restaurant ran so poorly in my life. It is absolutely sad to see. The have good food but the Customer Service is horrible. WHERE IS GORDON RAMSEY WHEN YOU HIM?!!!
The delivery woman was nice and on time. We ordered avocado for our salad and one of our sandwiches. None. We also ordered pickles and cheese on another sandwich. No pickles. No cheese which is already part of the initial order.We paid extra for nothing. Too bad. We were looking forward to a no hassle lunch.
Tried for the first time their angus steakhouse-beef sandwich with wheat ?. Great food in a prime location ?
First time eating here and luckily it was paid for on a corporate card. Online ordering and pick up was really smooth so that’s a plus. But the meal cost $13 for a pretty slim sub, a bag of sun chips and a small soda. I ordered the avocado turkey and the pictures showed it with a lot of toppings like tomato and lettuce which I figured are common toppings for such a sandwich. I was seriously disappointed when the sandwich only came with turkey, cheese and avocado all in small quantity. Definitely not a $13 meal and not a sandwich worth going out for!
Great food! Fast service! Friendly staff! Can't go wrong at this place, stop in and grab a milkshake and a cookie, lol!
First time here and absolutely loved it! I recommend the peach oonlang tea with the voodoo chip and steak beef! Can't go wrong! Great place to bring the family and friends!!
Good sandwich. Ok size. Friendly staff. Speedy.
Not impressed. Ordered roast beef with cheese, mustard, pickles and the meat was very fatty, chewy. Sandwich was missing the cheese, mustard on whole and 1 little pickle on half.
