The person taking my order could not understand what I was saying. Then I gave up and pulled to the window to place my order and the young lady states the order taker heard me. So I repeat what I had been saying at the drive thru speaker and I say, he got everything, heard what I asked for? She says yes. Ok so I asked for a 3 piece dinner..2 chicken thighs and a leg, mac n cheese, red beans and rice, with a unsweetened tea. What I got was a chicken breast, a wingding, and a leg. I'm furious now because 2 people heard/took an order and neither could get it right. Plus the food was a mess. Dry and did not taste like anything. It was trash at this point. Never again! I stopped going here for similar reasons before. It's been over a year since I visited this restaurant. I will never visit it again, for sure!

Went thru the drive thru at 2pm on a Saturday & the window worker named BLUE was amazing. Super helpful & polite. Went above & beyond to make sure the order was accurate. The world needs more ppl like BLUE ?.Little things like going thru a Popeye's drive thru can make a huge difference in someone's day.Thank you for being you Blue, I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Great food and the best chicken and service in town . The manager.owner run a tight shift I love how he gets the jobs done! Very impressed and it reflects on the employee. 10 stars is I could. Sometime trying to get extra sauce can be tough. But I understand it. This is a must stop if in town and need some chicken. I drive out my way to go here and if I’m ever close I have to stop. Keep it up ??

My goodness. This is what you get for $8.80 in a Big Box n More. I realize we are in a pandemic but this would not satisfy an adult meal. I am only 150 lbs, I would have to order 2 of these to be satisfied. I called the manager, while he offered to replace it, I would spend more in gas to drive back. Forget about Popeyes, I can get more of a meal elsewhere, even a large pizza. Caution they are cutting corners to profit.

The first issue I had with my order is that it was not ready at the scheduled time. The staff checked in their system and said there is no such order. I showed my order detail in mobile. The store manager was called and he confirmed the order after a long long time (Around 20 mins). I was told the order will be prepared. I asked for buffalo sauce and they refused to provide one. (They does the same even on my family meal orders)I waited and picked my order. When I went home I found it had only 2 burgers out of 3 orders. I went back again and after a long conversation, got the other one.Despite of so much of inconvenience, none of them apologized for there mistake. Every staff over there were very rude.Ram

Hugo is genuinely a sweet assistant manager! It’s always a pleasure to be greeted and served by him! My food is always correct and fresh! Shout out to Hugo!!!!

I have gone twice, once to make a delivery for my work at Amazon and once to buy, both times I have left disappointed by the attention, sometimes it is as if you cannot believe, but for some it is really difficult to be kind and much more if it deals with the public, the company must carry out TRAINING for that deal.

Long line ordering food. Dine in staff not prepared for orders versus drive thru. Took over 30 minutes to get my food. Only ordered a five piece tenders and an apple pie. Several other customers behind me got their food before me. On a positive note, order was correct and given a few extra tenders. If you go use drive thru.

The manager was very rude to his workers and was so concerned about yelling at staff. That the customers were ignored and profits for Popeyes were truly diminished. This manager needs anger management training as well as management training again. Obviously, I have had better experiences but today was not the Day!!!
