If your on the road driving through this area and need a place to grab a quick bite, this is NOT the place to stop.Very inefficient and passive staff. I got the impression that every employee was upset about having to be there.They were not overtly rude, but there was not an ounce of initiative in the place. Customers have to check to make sure they have their orders complete, because the associates weren't about to do it.Example: The gentleman in front of me ordered several chicken strip meals. His total was well over fifty dollars.Yet he had to ask for dipping sauce...then the lady at the counter gave him one dipping sauce. One? Really?Then he had to ask for straws,then napkins, then more chicken dipping sauce, ketchup, etc.It was like the associate was testing his will or trying to beat him at this game in which the objective seemed to be to offer as little service and assistance they could for such an expensive order.It took forever for them to finally get this man's order complete. By then I needed to get back on the road. I got one item, and again, had to ask for a napkin, dipping sauce, etc. If the goal is to ensure people don't come back? They're great. I'll never come back.
I order some chicken and large cole slaw . I pay $11 and some cent .half of that price was for cole slaw but they gave me a small one ( very small ) . My mother wants to eat so I don't check. until she ate half of it when I came and found out. Before that I was not satisfied with the uneducated attitude of a staff member ( skinny black guy ) when I asked for ketchup. Company is good but they need to hire carefully, the trash they hire is terrible. ?????????
You really can't go wrong with Popeyes...lol.We ate inside the restaurant. It was very clean. The line moved fast. There's a fountain drink machine in the lobby. The food was great and the service was awesome!
Fast food in Richmond is slow. This store is no different in terms of service. The chicken is unique and tasty. I have tried spicy chicken sandwich from many places and this one is consistently better. I miss dirty rice which was dropped. Biscuits are very nice. I'll take red beans and rice, please.
I think i'm going to leave this location alone... I don't know how many times I had to repeat my order today at the drive thru.. & they STILL didn't put my dipping sauces in the bag! I had to tell them AGAIN what kind I wanted at the window...Be sure to check your bag, because I learned that the last time when I got home & there was no dipping sauce! Some jobs are not for anyone to do........... & the chicken strips are not all that, today I got 3 skinny and/or small ones. I will try my luck at a different location next time.
Chicken breasts were ok a little wet and I hate wet. Shrimp,fries and macaroni were great! Unfortunately the did leave out my red beans and rice and I did not call them to go way back there for some rice. Next time I'll just slow up the line and double check behind the folks making my order so that I won't be disappointed once I'm home‼️
It was terrible. The restaurant was dirty, our order was wrong, the chicken tasted dry like it had been sitting there for a while.Each of my family members has worked in fast food. We are wondering what kind of managers are working in these places. Why aren't they checking on quality, accuracy, and cleanliness. Is there no pride in a job well done? Don't tell me it's about pay because I learned these skills at $3.25 per hour. What is corporate doing? Do they ever inspect? ??♀️
Always great service and friendly employees. Best biscuits and chicken as well as the chicken nuggets.. service is pretty quick even given the staffing challenges everyone has
Dont eat the new chicken nuggets! Their flavorless and one of my nuggets was nothing but a mass of crunch. On a lighter note the ice tea was amazing.
Great staff. This location must be popular. There is always a line of cars. But this is Popeyes and you kniow their chicken is worth the wait.I've had a few pleasant conversations with fellow patrons.This location seemed to follow all CDC guidelines as I currently understand them. Clean floor. Clean bathrooms. The surroundings are well-keptI only gave four stars because this location no longer serves corn on the Cobb and that leaves nothing but biscuits on the menu for my vegan son.
