Probably the least prepared and yet heavily staffed Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The cashier mumbled the whole time and made it very difficult to order. The order itself wasn’t correct (wrong sides). When I went back to ask for the side I actually wanted, I was made to pay for an additional side.The staff were extremely loud and discourteous to all the guests at the counter. We even heard the shift lead/manager telling them (also loudly) to be careful of how they spoke in front of customers. It was wild.They also seemed to be extremely short on chicken??? We sat in the parking lot after our meal to take a phone call and watched no less than ten cars pull out of the drive thru line, not having received anything.Overall a very poor experience.
If I could put 0 stars then I would because of what I seen that automatically made me turn around. A customer came back up after receiving his box of chicken that was wrongly boxed the MANGER then preceded to NOT only correct it but to PUT back thus chicken that has LEFT the counter went to the table REPLACED the chicken from the box BACK TO THE CHICKEN RACK TO BE SERVED AGAIN AFTER IT HAS ALREADY BEEN TOUCHED. I would advise each and every customer to skip the drive thru and go in due to this unsanitary and unprofessional incident that took place. I've never had any other complaints to any other Popeyes but trust me when I tell you me and every one I know will NEVER eat at this location AGAIN.THANK YOU FOR THIS EYE OPENER. I'm definitely skipping the drive thru and going straight in from now on...
Ordered a 3 piece 1drum stick and 2 wings. This was the Incredible Shrinking chicken. Tiny Tiny pieces. I didn't bring my phone in to snap a picture, These pieces were half the size they should have been. Like tiny bones with crust! I took them back to the counter and the manager made it a 6 piece, so good on him. He really tried his best, every piece they had was extra small. Red Beans and rice was excellent.
Was happy to wait 15 minutes but, they totally forgot about us. The gentleman that served us went to smoke, came back and we still didn't have our food. After being as patient as we could, finally, got the manager who served us immediately with the smallest, CUTEST lil wings we ever saw. Like nuggets with bones. Delicious but not worth the money or 45 min wait. The managers customer service was on point tho
The absolute slowest staff and service. There was 1 person taking orders and then going and filling it. There were 13 people behind the counter and 1 person not only Taking orders and then casually filling it. There were 4 of us in line to order and people coming in from thr drive through window because their orders were wrong.I was in there 22 minutes and only 1 order was taken and filled while I was in line.
Like other fast food, Popeye's prices have gone up a lot! Unfortunately, the pieces of chicken are getting smaller. I ordered a 3 piece and every piece was the size of a small wing. I guess it's a sign of the times but I won't be going here for chicken again. I'll stick to Publix
Serious need to revamp management and staff. I got there and customers were in the lobby agitated because its was taking forever to get their food. I placed my order and I see why they were frustrated. I waited waited and waited. Finally got it and guess what happened...my order was wrong. Totally my fault for not checking before I left. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and tried to compensate customers with complimentary items. They didn't have enough chicken prepared and couldn't keep up with the demand that night. The kitchen staff seemed to be more concerned with talking instead of preparing food. I'll try again hopefully they got it together.
This location is now my new favorite. It’s under new management with managers that actually care about the service and food quality. Food is way fresher and piping hot. Staff has gotten better and you don’t have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for your order. Great staff fantastic job here. Will definitely tell all my friends and family about here
Had very little chicken ready, drive thru lady rude, dry. I had to guess what had by asking, told me wait on chicken, said ok then basically refused to lm wait. Saying its gonna be a long time, like 30 mins. Mac n cheese was good, fries cold, the few pieces of chicken got was hot.
On the few occasions I have been here the staff has been less then mannerless. Rude, terrible food and for lack of better terms the place is filthy.Charged me a tremendous amount of money for my order. I didn’t dispute the charge out of pure confidence that the cashier could not do the math correctly. After simply requesting that I received the correct order I was treated like an inconvenience per evidence by the conversation I could hear behind the window.Just go somewhere else!
