RUDE STAFF!! MOBILE APP ISSUES!! LONG DRIVE THROUGH WAIT TIME!! Save your time and money!!Had a HORRIBLE experience there today. First of all, I made a mobile order a little after 11:30am with an email confirmation receipt at 11:39am. I got to the store a few minutes later and there were about 5 cars ahead of me.First issue: the inside was closed and locked with no signs anywhere except the posted "hours of operation." Instead of being able to go inside and get the food I pre-ordered, I had to wait in the drive through line.Second issue: the drive through CRAWLED! There was at least 5 minutes of waiting before the line budged and in between cars. Three vehicles drove off while I waited (and 5 people went up to the locked door only to turn around and leave).Third issue: when I got to the order speaker, the RUDE woman inside first sounded like she was asking someone else how to look for a mobile order in her system. No "one moment please" or "let me check on that." I just sat there after giving my name and order number before having to ask again. Her response was that they "didn't have it yet." Well at this point, I had ordered it a half hour earlier, so I tried to let them know what time I ordered it--in case it was so far behind in the list that they overlooked it etc. The lady spoke over me, told me how it didn't matter when I ordered it, they didnt have it...I finally just said, "I'm driving up to the window" instead of trying to communicate through a box. I was still cordial, even though I was late for returning to work after my lunch break, and I tried to show her my email confirmation saying that the order was paid for and what it was. At that point, I was willing to just order the same thing again and deal with the app issues later on. She refused to even LISTEN to what my order was!! She kept talking about how I wasn't the first person who came to the window with an app order that hadn't gotten to them and that she CAN NOT start preparing the order until it comes through on the system. Again, she wouldn't even let me get the order out and say that I would pay for it AGAIN like a brand new order!! She was too busy telling me what she can't do!I ended up having to drive away and order at McDonalds after wasting over 40 minutes for NOTHING :-(. The one star they DID get is because the Popeyes app refunded my money within 2 or 3 minutes.

This is the worst Location I’ve ever been too. They are slow as can be and they list that take out is available for online orders, but their lobby is always closed for no reason So you have to wait in the drive thru which will take about an hour cause they can’t seem to take orders efficiently

Being in the military I have never witnessed as much disrespect as i have today from this location. I placed a door dash delivery order and at 6 and it was estimated to be a 58-69 minute wait, so i waited. Then the door dash personnel called me saying if I canceled my order cause it was not on their system, when in fact i did not. The option of canceling was still available on my end and the status of awaiting pickup was pending, she even told me they could see my name on the screen but couldn't tell if I paid. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager wouldn't talk to me on the cellphone of the young lady picking up my food, so the manager told me to call the store. I called the store 6 times and no one picked up. After waiting an hour and a half I now canceled my order and have to go to KFC for hopefully better service and respect.Management needs to understand proper customer service procedures and respect for people regardless of how busy you. I just wanted my chicken tenders

I would like to thank the manager at this establishment! He is amazing I just want to say that when he was understaffed and had a lot of customers, he provided the best service and the best Quality of product that I have ever received from this location kudos to him and his staff you all are amazing!

I would have given this restaurant at least a 4 star . The management I think has taken advantage of covid 19 by not hiring enough help and shutting the front door so consequently everyone has to use the drive through and wait a long time to be served. Too long for a piece of chicken my friend. Stop this foolishness and lets get down to business.If anyone likes to how they catch the chicken and then clean and fry it, go here, they show you. Make sure you have plenty time since you will need it.?

I ordered online, at 11:43 went to pick up at time it was to be ready. waited in line 40min, then was told to pull over and park because order was not made. Then order some how (order)populated and they found order. So, then I had to wait an additional 40min. then was told it would be another 20min for my chicken sandwich. I finally received my order at 1:40. So it took 2hours to finally receive my lunch.

The chicken is pretty good. But the later you go the worse the oil is. And these young people keep messing up orders. I think they need better training. It's not like it used to be ?

The food was correct but took forever to get the food and when we got to the window workers are just walking around and eating

Just over this place. Really wish it would be shut down. Everytime I order chicken, it just taste overly greasy and old. So I called myself ordering chicken strips this final time and I couldn't even eat it. It didnt even feel comfortable giving it to my dog. This popeyes will no longer be receiving my money.

Absolutely terrible, how long I’ve had to wait just to speak with someone in the drivethru. I understand there is a shortage of workers but this is unacceptable. I’m sure sales have gone down.
