Worst location in the greater RVA area, to my knowledge.Every time I go here, I regret not going to the Laburnum location, even thought it's 2x the distance. Whoever owns this place needs to either hire or more staff or have their franchise revoked. Every time I come the food is cold and it takes 30 minutes to get served. Just hire more people. Jesus.
This place is very good and big parking lot and fast service.
This is like my 3rd time coming here, there’s always like 3-5 cars in front of me, and they take like 10-15 minutes per car, EVERY TIME I COME HERE. it’s supposed to be fast food for a reason, if I’m waiting this long i may as well dine in at a restaurant
The worst Popeyes so far! THEY ask if you want spicy or mild then give U whatever! After they Mess your order up and then U CALL they don't answer the phone or have a place to leave a message!

Super friendly staff, clean facility, and food was timely. Fries weren't that fresh, but to be fair, I went during the dinner rush.
Not entirely sure what was going on, but I visited this location about two weeks ago and was stuck in the drive thru for almost 2 hours! Staff were rude when taking orders and giving out the orders and some staff were wandering between cars in the drive thru smoking and talking while the line of probably 10-12 cars sat waiting. The actual food was okay. Not up to Popeyes usual standards by any means, but still filled my craving. But the customer service and speed was the worst I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant in my life.

Worse fast food experience I have had bar none. Was not even able to complete my order. I would say the lack of training is the issue. The employees were creating their own problems and blaming it on us as the guest. Simply by communicating could it have been a much better experience.
