You cannot beat this pizza! &pizza makes your pizzas right infornt of you and you can customize it to your liking. The pizza is always so fresh and delicious and the staff is always very nice and the store has a very relaxed and laid back environment. The store is never too busy and the staff seems to manage the lines very well! They have limited drink options although their lemonade is delicious!
I love their pizza! Its one of our favorites (tied with Bottoms up). I found this little gem on Uber Eats while working downtown. So glad I decided to take a chance.
Perfect size pizza for one. Amazing selection of specialty pizzas. A great reward system that gives you any pizza for about $5 after a few visits. Always a fast turnaround time when ordering online. Definitely a place worth checking out if you fancy a pizza.
I LOVE &pizza. They never fail to make me smile on a hard day. The pizza is the perfect size, they always get the food correct, and they are very open to feedback. Would most DEFINITELY recommend.
The pizza is fantastically delicious, but customer service is absolutely horrible. First of all, you can’t call them. You should only message. After I messaged them, they were returning back to me so late and they cut the conversation in the middle of me asking questions.Also, Uber eats delivered the order an hour later than what it was shown
I ordered two pizzas from their "hits" menu. However, I would not claim for them to be hits at all. The pizzas were not that great where I would order these "hits" again. Furthermore, my pizzas was so greasy at the bottom where the dough was soggy and continuously was breaking apart.I joined their rewards club where you immediately get the "buy one get one free" which I originally thought was a nice perk. However, upon ordering my final bill was nearly $20 (I ordered no sides or drinks - there was taxes (fine ofc) but then a "servicing charge"). From their menu each pizza is priced @ $12, so by doing the math I didnt really save that much money at all so Im not sure how this is really a good offer with all those additional charges.In addition, I ordered delivery and my pizzas were delivered approx. 20 minutes later than they originally said - they claimed they had attempted to call me multiple times (no phone calls were received on my phone).Overall, disappointed with the pizza quality and the overall experience of my order.
DO NOT order from here on Uber Eats. Food was never received after 2 hours. I received no phone call or a knock on my door because nothing was placed at my door as requested. Left clear instructions. Also requested in the app for an update multiple times. The number listed in the app is not active as well. A refund cannot be processed yet as Uber Eats is showing the order still out for delivery yet the restaurant says it was delivered 20 minutes after placing the order. Only option for the moment is to receive credits.Update: my order was delivered to wrong building and left in the lobby
Great pizza, as always. Always visit &pizza everytime I'm in Richmond. Some of the best tasting pizza I've had anywhere.Staff is always friendly.Well worth making the effort to visit.
Food was ok, but the service was not the best. The young lady making the food was just throwing and I mean throwing the food on the pizza, clearly she was having a bad day. The pizza wasn't what I expected maybe because her service angered me it made me think less of the food.
Super friendly people, very clean. Hands down best pizza I have ever had!!!
