Piccola Italian Pizza is the best Italian food I have ever eaten! When it’s made by natural Italians then you know you’re in the right spot! The pizza was huge and filling, and the bruschetta was like home made from a sweet Italian grandmother. The imported wine from Italy “Duca Di Camastra”. Like velvet swirling down your throat!
5 stars is how much I LOVE their thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza! If the crust is thin then it is the best pizza ever! I only wish the mushrooms were more plentiful and sliced a little thicker. That would make this pizza experience perfect! I order delivery from Hampton Roads for my brother who lives close by. Salads are great and so is the strawberry cheesecake! It's always a real treat to have pizza at Piccola and we cannot wait to be there again!! Thanks, Piccola!
We ordered Large Meatlovers Pizza, the ingredients were all fresh and the pizza was MAGNIFICENT.Our Waitress service was outstanding. She put on some popping music and my husband and I enjoyed our moment of time together.I highly recommend this restaurant when looking for some great Italian food and service.
Awful delivery/customer service . Called the store to make sure the delivery driver can contact me in regards to me retrieving my order , and whomever picked up was not sure if what I was communicating . Delivery driver arrives and does not even attempt to come out of his vehicle for me to find his exact car so I am able to retrieve my order . Attitude is straight rude . Completely disappointed.
This native NY girl and her husband were impressed with their delicious pizza. Super nice people on the phone and at the window. Why I never went there as a grad student, I don’t know. Can’t wait to try their other offerings. So glad they are so close to our house. Easy process for ordering. Fast service. Thanks!
Mostly order the steak and cheese, the pizza is pretty good as well. Convenient pick up window, straight forward ordering from the site.
During snowstorm, after getting no help from staff to find nice restaurant from "Luxury hotel" Omni, we settled for take out pizza. We picked Piccola's and checked out their website. Suprisingly, Piccola's online menu was WAY more than pizza. They have excellent salads, pasta dishes, entrees, appatizers and desserts. ALSO, they deliver several different kinds of wine. I joked with the owner, who answered the phone and took my order for my wife and me, that I was surprised I couldn't include a mandolin player to serenade us with some Italian love songs during dinner in our room. When his deliveryman called up to our room to advise he was in lobby, he played Italian mandolin music over the phone. What a hoot! Food was excellent and two bottles of wine capped the order! Only problem we ate everything and there was no cold pizza for breakfast which is unavailable at Omni
I've had many cheesesteaks in my time so I was pleasantly surprised with how good this one was. If you love cheesesteaks like I do, you won't be disappointed?
One of the best places for subs and dessert. They have other stuff on menu and delivery services are good.
2nd time cheese steak is disgusting... burnt meat, no cheese, dried all together... DO NOT ORDER the cheese steak. I believe the short order cook previously work there is no longer there - because it use to be the best cheese steak in Richmond.
