They have a pretty large venue with a lot of seating. The food is good and the portions are large. The service is pretty fast as well. There are a couple tvs spread around with sports on them as well.
I've eaten here several times over the years and appreciate the clean atmosphere and quick service. Unfortunately, this time my wonton soup was extremely salty and the owner/manager's customer service was disappointing (as usual). He did not apologize after realizing he forgot an order of rolls. He also does not acknowledge certain customers, while quickly welcoming others. I've seen this in other restaurants that he either owns or manages. He needs to improve service to all customers.
My favorite Richmond Pho spot. Their summer spring rolls and pho are an absolute must. I’m a stickler for a tasty broth and they always bring it home. Loads of space so you never need to fret about grabbing a table.

The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was large inside and tables were nicely spaced apart. Extremely clean, fast and friendly service! Will definitely be back.
Very delicious food. HOWEVER, my last experience will be my last. This is my sister and I go to spot for Vietnamese food, we have bought people here. One night I ordered fresh rolls and a large bowl of pho. Only ate all of my appetizer and noodles [for 10 minutes]. When I went to pay, I intended to get a to go container because obviously I hadn't finished my food. I finish paying and not even 2 minutes later, my table had been cleared out and they trashed my pho. I explained to the gentleman that I was not finished, he came back to give me a container filled with only BROTH 1/3 full. Then I told him I still had noodles and meat and again, I was not finished. He came back and added one-two pieces of noodles and one meat. I definitely wanted to get my money's worth. This place is trash and so is the customer service.
Food taste is good but the service is not good
The best broth in RVA for sure. Very good Pho and great selection of meats since I got the all meats Pho, no tripe. The summer rolls were filled well and had plenty of shrimp and pork, peanut sauce was delicious. Iced coffee was some of the best I've ever had and did I mention this was the best broth I've had in RVA and maybe anywhere? Very good food and we'll definitely be back. Service was very fast and attentive. Atmosphere is as friendly and welcoming as most Pho restaurants are if you know what I mean, you're not there for the service lol. Definitely check it out. Will not disappoint.
The best pho place around. Everyone was super quick and the food came out quick too, even though they were super full. They also have reusable chopsticks which I prefer to the wooden. Took me a moment to realize that when you finish you pay at the counter, but after looking around it was pretty easy to note. Wonderful place, I almost ordered a second bowl just to take home and eat later.
Best PHO in Richmond. Very clean and great service. Love the owner.
