I order chicken noodle soup on uber eats. They forget the broth. I drive myself to pick up the broth and return just to find out that they gave me a completely different entree. They’ve forgotten my broth before and has failed multiple times to give extra meat when i pay extra for it. Definitely do not recommend this place. Poor service
I wanted a matcha latte, so I tried to order it and some pho online. Their online ordering system was turned off. I then called about 15 times trying to order, they never picked up. I drove over, the restaurant was empty so I don’t know why they weren’t picking the phone up. I placed my order, but they had no matcha latte or thai iced tea - more than half their bubble tea menu was not available. I was a little annoyed because my original reason for choosing their restaurant was not available and if they had just picked up the phone I would’ve gone somewhere else, but I was already there so I ordered fresh spring rolls and pho. The portion sizes are what I would categorize as “ridiculous” but not in a good way. The amount of meat in the house special pho and the steak and meatballs pho were tiny. My rare steak and meatballs pho came with *less than one meatball*, cut into four pieces. Come on. I would rather be charged more for a reasonable amount of food. It tasted fine. I probably will never return.
I order 2 dishes: Steamed duck leg with egg noodle and Combination with clear noodle. The food today is average, the broth is quite salty. I dont know if that is because of eating at late of the night. Last time I ate here at lunch time, broth was perfect; that is why I came back for this time. But i’m quite disaapointed this time.
Went here before and got some kind of beef pho and was good. 2nd time around got a seafood pho. Still good but meat portions were small. 4 pieces of shrimp and barely 4 pieces of squid. There are a lot of vietnamese places in this area, for the price I think things could have been better.
Delicious broth and spring rolls. I always order the brisket and it's never let me down.That being said, service can be inconsistent. I ordered delivery and was told they ran out of crispy rolls. That's fine, they offered to replace it with spring rolls. The substitute rolls were never included and I was still charged for the more expensive crispy rolls.While I was able to get a refund with the delivery service, I don't understand why they'd go through that effort with myself and the driver and not include the substitute.
First time here was decent but the waitress was rude. Second time around, I ordered takeout and the pho is flavorless. Literally just tastes like hot water with noodles. Nothing beats homemade Viet food, but this place isn't even a good alternative. Go to Vietnam One for faster service and little to no disappointment (or better yet, make the trip to NOVA and hit up a Vietnamese restaurant there).
Delicious food! Friendly staff! I’ve been here a couple of times and the food comes out consistently good. Like with all restaurants, they’re pretty short staffed so please be patient.

Had Pho for the first time here (dined in) and it was amazing! Definitely will be coming back. I wouldn't listen to the negative reviews, I don't think they're about food quality. I probably wouldn't recommend the tea they have though, ours were sadly undrinkably sweet. But I am reviewing for the food ?
Be careful what you order. I made an online order consisting fried spring rolls and Thai iced tea, very common items. They were sold out. The lady had advised me that they would refund me my card. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on my refund! Ive tried to reach out the same lady told me that her boss would refund me. I have still not received my money. What a rip off.
