We ordered the spicy chicken and dumplings. I loved both! I don't like a ton of spicy things, but I do like some mildly spicy foods. The chicken was borderline spicy, and I loved it! The dumplings were really good as well.I wouldn't call the restaurant clean or dirty. The staff was really nice! It was not busy at 6pm.I would definitely come back here for more delicious food and a lovely evening.
Great sumptuous food and easy to order menu. Better than most. Super courteous and fast servers and service. Eat in or carry out, we will make it a regular stop each time we drive through Richmond. Great value and quality.Family atmosphere is jovial and fun for all. Owners are onsite and take care of their customers, big or small.
I enjoyed eating here. The food was tasty, though very spicy - we love spice, but they don't hold back so beware! Presentation of plates, especially the fried pork belly, was pretty and unique. Everything was definately tasty, but I wouldn't say it exceeded my expectations. Perhaps part of this is the prices, which exceed that of your average reasonable to slightly high prices. Service was great and the servers were always cleaning. I probably won't return, but I may try their other location.
I used to love this place. My husband and I have ordered from this location multiple times per week. However, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food. We ordered from here last night. I got the kung pao chicken and had to work really hard to find the chicken. My plate was filled with onions, peppers and asparagus. My husband had the same experience. Sadly, we’re not sure if we’ll be ordering again.
Peter Chang is a well known and popular restaurant In RichmondMy friend and I ordered based on the employees recommendations:- Golden Mountain Chicken- DuckOverall, we very much enjoyed our food and our experience so I would recommend trying Peter Chang at least once. However, I do not know if I would return personally for a second visit.
The Short Pump location is where we usually go but this order was at Scott's Addition location. We spent over $100 (pretax) on take-out for family of 4. Dishes were extremely spicy. We all had to drink milk to soothe palette. I would say "cook was mad" making the food so spicy ? ?. Our usual favorite dishes didn't taste the same at this location. We will only be going to Short Pump location from now on.
First time visiting this location.no wait time since it was a early Sunday afternoon around 230we found parking in front on broad st, our food came really fast ,spring rolls were crunchy and hot,or entrees were fresh and portions were large.. couldn't eat it all on one sitting boxed up the rest and just finished the rest of my food around 6pm..the flavor was awesome.. service great. recommendthis location
Love the food and would go here more often if parking wasn't such a hassle. Unfortunately, I've also had problems with online ordering and even with calling to place a take out order every single time I've tried. Frustrating. I keep trying because where else can I get "hot and numbing tofu skins!" Seriously, for unique, flavorful, spicy food, Peter Chang is worth some inconvenience.
Fantastic restaurant I had the shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce very fresh and the restaurant is clean and lit very well.
I tried the Stir Fried Shredded Pork w Thai Chili and it was the hottest thing I've ever eaten. It was absolutely delicious while I could taste it.My tongue went numb, my mouth was on fire and I was sweating profusely. At one point my soul left my body and I saw my dead grandparents. They looked disappointed.Would eat here again, but perhaps another dish.
