Super fun place to stop in for a drink when in the neighborhood! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. It’s a true English pub!
Had a great time watching the LFC game. Food is traditional English fare. It reminds me of the Pub's father used to go to when I was a child in New York. The smells, atmosphere and camaraderie are all amazing. Fish and chips are awesome! Lots of space, two floors and semi-outdoor seating. A definite Old World treat!
Really enjoyed the ambiance and the food was very good. Good drinks, tasted good and a good amount of alcohol. What else could you want? Oh yes, a fire. They had one of these too. Went here and then traveled a block to the Carpenter Center for a concert. Good times!!
Everything you expect in a British pub. Lots of great British beers on tap, and they do a nice job on most of the pub classics like fish & chips and meat pies. I try to drop in for a pint whenever I'm in town. I recommend you give them a try if you like British beer and hearty pub food.
We were looking for a place to grab a drink and a bite to eat and found this pub... Place was packed, but we got great service from Jesse. Fish and chips was delicious!
It is a great local spot for Liverpool games. I have only sat at the bar though so I can’t comment on the table service.Service: bar tenders are hard workers and get your drink orders within minutes of being sat. Once your drink is almost done they immediately ask you for another one. They aren’t too engaging but I don’t mind it because I usually go there to watch soccer.Food: I have eaten there once. It was what you would expect from a sports bar. A lot of fried food prepared fast. They are known for their Ruben but I their fried food is better for sure.Prices: reasonable for what you get. Beer are 5-9 depending on what you get. They have a big collection of English and Irish beers so paying a bit more is worth it for the unique collection.Overall Value: Great local please with nice atmosphere especially during soccer games. Food is average but the drinks are definitely worth it. I would go there very often is I lived in Richmond.
So happy we stopped in here to eat. The place is over flowing with great memorabilia. The owner was the host, and was super nice and funny. Good beer list. Great food.

We had a large group, that was served with the greatest of care! Our server was top notch! We wanted for nothing! He did it with a smile on his face and engaged our fun loving bunch! My only regret is I don’t remember his name…. We will be back the next time we visit!
