One of our favorite places in the neighborhood! Very cozy vibe - a real neighborhood place, not a destination. Food is always consistent and delicious! Our faves are the Classic burger, a custom pizza, and the crabcake w orzo. Staff is lovely. The shrug downstairs is perfect in winter and the patio is great in summer. Local beer and cider on tap and good wines by the glass. Very much love our weekly visit!
Ecletic old bar with very European vibes, feels like sotting in a Scottish pub. Loud music and packed with locals, this place is definitely a Richmond classic.
One of these reviews had a bad photo of a burger with flash on. I said to myself I was going to do a better job and represent this food with the dignity it deserved. Turns out it is just very very dark in the restaurant. TLDR; food is great, Billy is rad.
We came here because our normal pub wasn’t open. Overall it was good but prefer our normal spot. Got the zucchini fritters… they weren’t my favorite, but I wasn’t sure what to expect. They had potters cider on draft though which was a huge plus!
Place is great! James and the staff do a wonderful job and I'm glad I live right around the corner. Another benefit is that they have good late food! Thanks to James and Cindy for reaching out!

Very chill, just a little too dimly lit. Felt like I couldn't see who I was talking to at the same table. But, the drinks were good and bartender was nice!

Went in pretty late night & their kitchen is open till 1:30 7 days a week so we were able to get fish & chips w/ some bacon cheese fries. Everything was delicious, there was a signature sauce on the side that I had never had before but went great with the dish. Above all the service was great, super friendly attentive bartender even though he had a full bar.
