This Panera seems to only have pastries on Mondays and Tuesdays all the other days nothing.
This location use to be good. I have noticed the food stored in containers nothing handmade or fresh made. Its the only location inside the hospital at night. Its constantly under stocked, you have to come at 230-3 am so you can get the food you pay for. you pay for a large drink and get small cups cause they are out of large cups. I got a refund for my food and canceled my drink membership. Im through with Panera.
Every time I get something for breakfast they mess up. I got a egg and cheese and they put bacon on it when I said no. Asked for a bagel with cream cheese, got butter instead. Very frustrating
The manager gave me a free latte bc the cashier forgot to include in my original order or take my name; the barista was rude & took 20 minutes to make my latte after the manager asked the barista to make my latte & it was awful
What a pathetic store, ordered large Mac and cheese for my niece and got to the store before 9pm, evidently the decided to close before 9 and when I knocked at the door the looked at me and walked away. Stay away from this store because you will waste your time and money.
This is the third time I ordered Mac and cheese and only get 1/2 the container full. $4.99 for 4 bites. Disappointed
