Food was very good and came out fast. I ordered the chicken and wild rice cream soup. I came out hot. It was really good. I also ordered the strawberry poppy seed summer salad and it was good. I thought it was supposed to have chicken on it but it did not so I was a little disappointed in that but overall was excellent.
The representative Forgive me I can’t quite remember her name but her customer service was exemplary. I called because there was a simple issue with a door dash order I wasn’t really upset just wanted some crusty bread for my soup lol and she went above and beyond to make sure my order was not only corrected but delivered to me as well in a timely fashion !
Good sandwich, but a bowl of soup should be at the top of a to-go container..especially at 7 bucks. Otherwise, friendly and timely service.
Staff was friendly, but not the most hygienic. A couple of workers were eating food and then got up to start making mine. One put on gloves, luckily, but didn't wash their hands. Luckily she was just doing the soup, but after doing mine she rub her hands across her nose. Probably won't get going back to this location, didn't really seem like they had it all together.
Food and service was good but they do not keep the place as clean as it can be as the details get missed. All the edges of the wall meet the floor dining room needed to be cleaned and carpet and such was not as clean as I have seen prior
Staff was very friendly, service was great! Our food was ready before we could sit down good... They even invited us to come back!!
The store was very short staffed, on 12/21/21 around 8:15pm, and made a mistake on my order but the manager, Makenzie (don’t know if that’s spelled right) and the cashier, Skye were so apologetic and helpful. I just really appreciate good customer service bc mistakes are normal but not everyone handles them well and they went above and beyond!
Panera Bread use to be a great place -- wow has it gone downhill. They have inept staff who do not listen and blame the customer for their lack of experience. It is no longer a clean place, they are usually out of coffee and the management has an attitude. Wish that I could go in a time machine and visit the Panera Bread from ten years ago when they believed in customer service.
Fast friendly service. Tasty food. Ordered the half turkey avocado with blt and broccoli and cheese soup.
The self checkout at all Paneras is a disaster. But the food's good and the service is courteous. And the wifi is free and nobody hassles you to move on.
