Sunday morning, a girl on drive-thru with a black jacket told me there wasn’t any yogurt parfaits which was the only thing I planned to order. I let the person with me order and went on with my day. As soon as I got to the window, she was extremely sweet and offered to make me a fresh yogurt parfait at the window before even taking my card. The drive-thru staff here is immaculate and they took care of me that morning, our food was also amazing. I will be returning to this location, only complaint is there’s a wait but from what I seen the few that were there held it down. Tipped $10 ?
Came in and got my order, Was very surprised when the young lady Lindsay noticed that I had grabbed the wrong bag ( Thank god because I was allergic to Pecans which was one of the ingredients in the bag) but she made sure that I had got the right bag and double checked right in front of me, got all of my condiments made sure they were in there. It only took her one second to be so kind and my whole day was now so much better. Thank you to that young lady who took the time out to make sure that me and my family was safe
The food was the usual and what I expected. The restaurant was not very clean and was not cleaned once the whole time I was there. The place was also overtaken by homeless people. Every corner there was a homeless person. It was 68 degrees out today so they could have been outside the restaurant. Instead one guy was laying across a booth with his shoes off and he even had a suitcase. One guy came in with ramen noodles and a lunchable and just charged his devices. The staff even cooked his ramen noodles for him. It’s just really not a good look for the company. People go out to eat to get out of the house and enjoy themselves, not to have to deal with this. I do like that the company is friendly to the homeless, but on a day like today with the weather is excellent there is no reason for the place to be overtaken. When your paying customers struggle to find a place to eat, that is an issue.
The pizza was decent. But the only reason I went was because I have a gift card. Their prices and menu are not my taste. I mean $9 for a grilled cheese sandwich? Nope!
I most likely wouldn’t even give a one star, we ordered our food, they asked for my rewards#, I gave it to them and they told me I didn’t have a reward to which we ignored. We paid and waited for our food. Got a salad and a pick two a turkey sandwich and Mac and cheese. And some pastriesWe got home and pulled the food out of the bag, first of all no utensils or napkins, then the salad has no dressing and didn’t have any in the bag. The baguettes are usually hard on the outside but not on the inside. Both our baguette were HARD on the fluffy part of the bread. I ordered a turkey blt and got grilled chicken????????? I would have been perfectly fine to order something else if they didn’t have the turkey for whatever reason. My Mac and cheese was also warm around the outside but dead cold in the middle (and that didn’t happen from the drive home) then when I went to report an issue to my Panera app, this visit wasn’t recorded under my phone number, I hit the “missing a visits” in the app and I needed my receipt to enter it in, I didn’t get a receipt.. I also DID have a reward on my app.. and it wasn’t from my purchase because it wasn’t even recordedThis was the worst meal I’ve EVER had from Panera.
Everything went smoothly except one of the self check out kiosks was having credit card issues, and no signage was posted.Food was good. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Staff was kind and helpful.
Sad day when you order Panera and pay extra for bread bowls and fruit cups. Apparently bread bowls were sold out but no modifications to my ticket to reflect it. The fruit bowls were filled badly half way. Going be long time before I try this brand again.
It's a no for me! I used to love coming to this panera as it is conveniently right next to my gym. But I have decided to stop coming here. On multiple occassions recently my food was thrown together or missing something. I've noticed when they are about to run out of an ingredient that belongs in my meal....instead of taking a little longer and making the food properly...they will literally give you scraps! On more than one visit, I opened my sandwich to literally find crumbs of bacon on my sandwich instead of the strips that were supposed to be there falling all over the place and sloppy an.. Its bad enough that you're usually hungry less than an hour after eating panera...which is wack for what they charge. So the least they can do is make the food right. Won't be back...too many better alternatives available.
I have enjoyed just about everything on the menu. Drive through was closed, curb-side pickup and in-house dining available. Not a big fan of touch screen ordering in the dining room.
Really panera this is not right 5.69 for a sandwich. Order the bacon egg on brioche and this is what you decided to put together and send out to the customer. ASPOON FULL OF BACON. you know if that's the way you was gonna send it shoulda called me back I'd changed my order. COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY AND UNACCEPTABLE
