Let me not go another day without leaving a review on the encounter I had with Amy.What Amy doesn’t know is that last week was one of the most challenging weeks I have had in a long time. I mean, it was THINGS happening BACK-TO-BACK!!!!! I was completely overwhelmed and stressed and decided to go to Panera Bread for breakfast…. While placing my order, she would use my name, “Prena, your total is, Prena let me repeat your order,” a small gesture but personable. Once I made it to the window, I was greeted with a smile and great energy. I said to her, “You’re giving all the good energy I need this morning, and I Thank you” To my surprise, Amy said, “I been getting all the evil angry people this morning, but I told myself Holy Spirit activate” and we laugh. But before I drove off, she said to me, “Good people still exist”.So, I say all of this to say BE KIND to people. You have no idea what people are going through. A simple kind gesture can go a long way.We always hear about bad reviews or bad customer service, but today I want to recognize Amy for a job well done!

No hazelnut coffee when we came and waited 5 minutes. We got ready to leave after eating and wanted refill hazelnut coffee. Waited over 10 minutes. Was told it was brewing and then asked as was told it was done but no one tall enough to get it off shelf. Sounds strange. Very disorganized and lack of concern to help customers as we waited and watched people come and go.

My husband ordered our dinner last night spending close to $40 for the three of us. My mother in laws sandwich, a turkey sandwich on white miche, turned out to be on a ciabatta roll, which due to swallowing problems she can't eat, and when she tried to bite into it, she bit into a WAD of hair. Nothing will turn your stomach faster than having a wad of hair in your food. We won't even talk about the pizza that was ice cold upon returning home. We don't live that far away to have your food ice cold. This is the end of our patronage with this Panera location.

Last night I encountered two issues with our meal (Mine, my wife's, and My Mom's). For one on the order and on the ticket, I asked for miche bread on my Mom's turkey sandwich. My mother has had difficulty in swallow the focaccia bread. The person who fixed our meal blatantly disregarded my request and could have choked my mother. Also, in my Mom's sandwich, she found multiple hairs. I called the store and spoke with the manager who offered to replace the sandwich. I declined because it was nearly 7:30pm. I would have then offered a refund for that meal if I were the manager. Needless to say, we will no longer step foot in that location.

Great experience today. Food was great and exactly what I ordered. Justin H, (team lead on tag) was very polite and courteous, and Priscilla was very kind to take our plates when we were done. Their customer service is exceptional, which is rare in this day and age!

Just wanted to say thank you Mr Dennis and Ms Jennifer!!! I'm a disabled person and I appreciate the extra step you did on my behalf. So enjoying my salad ?.See you again soon!!!

The chicken aisian salad half one for lunch whole one for dinner save a whole one for two meals I never knew eating healthy taste so good! Yummy I wish they were opened before I GO TO WORK

We typically have a good to great experience with this Panera. Sadly, tonight we ordered dinner and instead of getting the max n cheese we ordered for our 4yo son, we got broccoli cheese soup. :-( .... luckily he still enjoyed it but was expecting max n cheese.

Do not pay $12 for a sandwich here unless you want the equivalent of a overpriced hastily put-together 711 fridge sub. And if you modify your meal you can forget about getting it back correctly unless you have the time to wait for them to re-make it 3 times. ALSO if you get home before realizing your order was incorrect, you can call them to tell them there was a mistake but I can assure you they won't pick up the phone.

wow, they keep digging deeper with abrupt, unfriendly cashiers...you can forget about a smile, a spoken " welcome to Panera, may I take your order ?" this place maintains a track record of hiring people that are rude. and CONSISTENTLY SCREW UP YOUR ORDER ...I got my order to go...the " trainee" cashier, was completely uninterested in doing her job..... I had to keep repeating what I wanted....when I opened the bag at home...wrong bread...wrong soup...had my name on it,but the ticket stapled to the bag had everything wrong...I hate this overpriced place...and someone tell me why is it so dirty inside ? clean the floors once in a while...and if you have ever had to use the bathroom in a bus station..you know...sticky floors you feel with your feet...then you know what to expect at White Oaks Panera...it's really gross.
