Apparently people here call them selfs professional but for real they are Not, I hear complaints between two employees, say "you complain just because you want a free food" That really bothers me I like Panera but sometimes people make the brand like a nothing just another place. Many times I come and ask for over easy sandwiches & they never make them correct, They have sometimes given me scramble eggs when is different or give me raw egg . That's included a report, !!!!! I mean come on.. Happens to friquent. I use to come everyday !!!!I don't complain to get free food I complain because they give me something I don't order!!!! Very Sad!!! Do better Panera!!!!
Clean, never an issue with quality. Alway recommend them and this store. Last visit my toasted bagel took a little more time than I expected, I didnt say anything, and in the end it was delicious. A few hours later I got an email from Panera aploloizong for the long wait during my last visit! Good to know they are keeping tabs on themselves.
Ordered from this location, the delivery driver just riding around not delivering the food called and was treated rudely no discount or anything other then they cancelled the order we wanted. Only thing they focused on was that door dash app was down and not trying to keep customers satisfied.
Night shift pretty cashier with the long braids has excellent customer service and does a fantastic job at keeping the bakery clean
Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl online for delivery on my lunch break, and never got my bread bowl. Y’all legit had one job ?
He food is great. The service was equally good. The coffee was good.Not much else to say.
This morning I needed pastries for a welcome back party at work. I walk in at 6:15am I say good morning...almost didn't get a response. I'm a very friendly person & I would expect to be greeted when I walk in . I'm looking around I don't get may I help you...I ask do y'all have any pre-boxed pastries..slow response "oh we have them I just haven't put them out" REALLY????The correct response would have been I'll set them out or what would you like.. Nope no response I turned and walked out. I took my $$ to Kroger this morning
What an odd Panera, more people on their computers or opening mail and paying bills the old fashion way. Customer services isn’t very good, employees on their phones or chatting it up with each other while customers are waiting to be served. I believe this store reflects poorly on the company and management.
The food is always pretty good. A bit pricey. We ordered soup and no spoons were sent. This is very irritating. So many restaurants are cutting back but I didn't expect this from Panera. Disappointed.
