if I could give this store negative stars I would. The worst panera bread i’ve ever experienced from the customer service down to the food. The guy who took my order was rude and was rushing me to order as if he didn’t have time to serve me.The food I ordered was cold! Who serves COLD mac and cheese!? The sandwich was poorly made, they just threw everything on the bread very carelessly and gave me little to no avocado I couldn’t even taste the avocado on my sandwich.

A smaller Panera and most of their pastries were sold out by 3pm. Some of their iced teas were running low or completely empty. But the staff was very friendly and it was clean!

No soup at 7 am… soup starts at 9 am. Drinks were delicious. The green tea was the best one. Bagel was delicious and got a free wrap!

I order from here a couple times a week. Today was horrific! Not sure i'll order again from this location. A $5 cup of soup was filled up 1/4 of the way with mostly broth, one noodle and a piece of chicken. My sandwich was not a "half" it was more like 1/8th and i paid almost $20 for my order after delivery charges, taxes and tip. Such a pathetic showing from Panera today. So disappointing.

Went in and ordered 2 soufflés and a bagel. Was the only one in line. Asked for a spinach and artichoke soufflé and a spinach and bacon. Got home and instead of the one with artichoke, I got a cheese. Which I’m not fond of cause they are too salty. Clearly the young girl at the register wasn’t focused on my order, because on my way out she asked the staff if they wanted a soufflé and recounted her mother’s quiches growing up as she no doubt grabbed the spinach and artichoke. I’d say to the front end staff… be more focused on the customer rather than your own stomachs. The gentleman at the prep window was very kind and attentive.

So unprofessional, the staff just standing around not doing anything. Messed my order up and was rude about it, sayed something to the manager and all he could say is he sorry, how about why yall talking about who makes $12/hr, then the little rude white girl wannabe rude for no reason to the customer, girl she lucky im trying to turn a new leaf. 0 stars

Panera bread shows time and time again that it doesn’t understand the assignment, and that it doesn’t want to.I have accepted 15 deliveries from this restaurant sense I started delivering. I have never spent less that 15 minutes in that building waiting on an order. That’s a life time of about 4 hours, in the last 3 years, spent on waiting on orders from that store.Tonight I stood there for 5 minutes before the line even knew my delivery order existed. It’s a shame because that building is prime real estate for a good restaurant that could positively contribute to the culture of that area. If you like waiting a long time for hospital food to show up to your door, you’re gonna be stoked about the PB in Grace St!

Unenthusiastic staff and dirty tables. The food was the usual Panera fare. Consider take out.

The coffee is kunda watered down

I had a muffin for breakfast here and it was very delicious.
