This place needs to figure out how to time their online orders for pickup. I placed a simple order for lunch online and was told it would be 60 minutes till it was ready. I thought that was excessively long for an order of salmon teriyaki and dumpling soup. When I went to pick it up, everything was completely cold and the plastic container the soup was in had melted/warped. Great, I really wanted a cold soup full of microplastics (barf). To top it off, they forgot the fried rice that was supposed to come with my cold salmon. Disappointing to say the least.

I've wanted to try this place for quite some time but getting a same day reservation has been tough. It did not disappoint. Very cute inside but much smaller than I expected. I ordered the summer salad. It was light and refreshing, just too much dressing. Next time I will ask for dressing on the side. The food was great. Service was good. My only real disappointment was the salad that came with the crab and shrimp fried rice. Iceberg lettuce and watery ginger dressing. Lots of good sushi to choose from.

WIDE MENU of Asian dishes including sushi. Teriyaki, tempura and others. This is NOT a cook your meat at the table venue. Pleasant, buzz-filled atmosphere. Good service. Good-sized portions. I had the ahi tuna which was served on rice.

Consistently great sushi and experience. Nice selection of special rolls. The RTMA roll is a must. They also have a good selection of apps, rice/noodle dishes and cocktails.

Beautiful presentation, lively atmosphere, food is just okay.... Lobster Dumpling: basic. Calamari was excellent. Sushi: Bland

Hostess was extremely friendly when we walked in. Started off with the octopus salad & grilled calamari, BOTH WERE AMAZING. Unfortunately the magic stops there. The sushi is a solid 5/10, ingredients were not even remotely fresh. There are way way way better sushi places in the area. The kids bento box was enough to feed a grown adult. Server was okay. We asked if the salad was gluten free at the beginning of our lunch indicating we can't eat gluten. That detail was missed sadly. It's going to be hard to convince me to come back.

Really enjoyed our first visit. Five of us got the sushi boat. It was plated beautifully and was plenty of food for the five of us. Jasmine, our server was super attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Last night around opening time, we came to your restaurant for the very first time. Not the type of place we normally go to but I had a $25 gift card and someone had just given me and unexpected $100.We drove from across town (we live near the airport) to one of the best experiences we ever had.The food was amazing ( we had lobster dumplings, a Jedi Roll, Lamb and Tempura). We had to take half home. What amazed me most was the service from both staff and management!! So nice and so attentive. I had to laugh when they kept apologizing about our hot plates taking so long. We hadn't noticed because we were enjoying ourselves and so stuffed from the appetizers. I assured the gentleman who I assumed was either the owner or gm that since we were the only folks eating cooked food in sushi place we didn't expect it but so fast. I also assured him that the only reason I had my arms folded is that I was a little cold.....the next thing I know he was turning up the heat. I loved that guy.And our waitress was incredible. I can't remember her name but I believe she was sandy blonde with a long pony tail. Very sweet. Very welcoming. Took our request to move our table with grace. Never missed a beat and made great suggestions for these new comers.I was shocked when the bill came because the appetizers were taken off. Again there was no need as we were not the least bit unhappy. But since we added that amount into the waitress's tip, we still won. Lol lol.I am a recent breast cancer survivor, so taking the risks of going out these days is rough. But I couldn't pass up a blessing. Wow. You made the experience worth the trip and the risk.We hope to come again when the world behaves! But for now it is 4 am and I am chomping on my Lamb chops. LOL.Thank you againMichelle Gillison-RobinsonSent from Yahoo Mail on AndroidShow less

As a vegetarian, I'm trilled by the number of options that Osaka has to offer. The avocado sushi is on point along with all of the sides.

With a low server to table ratio in a very small establishment (less than 20 tables with 4 servers plus a bartender), and we STILL had to wait an hour and 45 minutes from the time we were seated until we were able to order. Empty drink glasses and no attention from our server had us on the verge of leaving but, since we live over an hour away and had been wanting to try this place, we were mostly cordial and tolerant…then the food came. Suffice it to say, we won’t be back. Chef Hani’s fillet mignon pho bowl was horrible, the miso soup lacked miso, both salads (ginger and Kani) were well below even the minimum standards of most Japanese chefs, and we have had better sushi from the chefs at our local supermarket. Save yourselves the heartache, and drive right by this establishment.
