I love this place, specially Short Pump branch. The food is always tasty, served immediately. Stuff is extremely polite and caring. Even today was Sunday Mother's Day so the load was crazy but we waited for our table like for 5 min and didn't feel the crowd at all and as always the food was served fast as usual. Thank you for your work.
What no breadsticks! ;) We had to ask for them. This was 1st time I had to ask ever. These were like toast not warm or fresh.even. And don't play the trivia game. What.... It's a scam 1.99 . 2 bucks ya say well I want my $2 . Really not an indication of charge per game. What..... was the waitress response then she disappeared. Double check your receipt. Lost my business finally. Anyhow who wants all that salt.
Handicapped bathroom was atrocious! There is no toilet paper anywhere for this stall. There were several dirty tables in the dining room. If this is any indication of how the restaurant is maintained, I would avoid this location.
Really good food. When we visited there was a decent crowd and a short wait. Our server was very attentive and the food was cooked to perfection. Will be back.
A wonderful lunch!!! The food was excellent and the waitress was attentive without being annoying, some of us wanted olives in the salad and others didn't so she brought them in a small bowl. Everything was great in spite of the fact that the restaurant was very busy, they even had 2 tables set up for a group that hadn't arrived. I wish this Olive Garden was closer to my house.
Quality of food was go I d however over priced. While I realized consumer prices have increased across the board, a plate of spaghetti noodles, plain, should not cost $12. Service was good and as always, the salad and dressing rocked.
A great Olive Garden. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. We had two toddlers with us. We did go on the early for lunch knowing that the restaurant would not be crowded. Our server was on top of everything. Never had to ask for a refill, she just brought it. I am sad I cannot remember her name.
I was there this past Friday. There is a lot of improvement that needs to happen. From making sure the guests have their drinks. From making sure the appetizer comes before the meal. From making sure drink refills get taken care of. It wasn't busy mind you. It was slow.
Used to be good. The menu is down to one side of a page. The waitress told me I couldn't give my wife a few spoons of my soup! She literally stood by the wall making sure we did not share! Last time I come here.
I only go here for the soup and salad which was not as good as it used to be. Restaurant has few waiters but the waiters are kind and helpful. I would still go back because I'm hoping they will improve, but they don't serve anything else I like but soup and salad. This time the breadsticks were hard on the ends and they were not served hot as they normally would be. I have my fingers crossed for a better experience next time.
