If you want to be treated well, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I RARELY write bad reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.The wait was much longer than what they had told us (they said 20 min and it actually took 45 min) to get a table that had been empty since we got there. But I understand that maybe the staff was limited and that wasn’t a huge deal. However we got inside the restaurant the waitress was sitting on one of the couches and no one greeted us or told where we should go. Finally after a few awkward seconds, the waitress mumbled something and told us to follow her. After that she was extremely rude the entire time. EVERYONE got some of their order (either salad or soup) except our 3 children (ages 5 and below) who had to wait another 30 min to get anything to eat. And when we asked about their food we received a VERY rude answer. I’ll NEVER come back to this location and I’ll definitely give my business to a local restaurant that will for sure appreciate having costumers!

Seating hostess was not pleasant and seemed put off by our request to have a table that wasn’t near a party of 10, whispered to her partner, gave us a face and made us feel bad. Not the kind of person I would have greeting my guests. Thank goodness our server/bartender was amazing, the food came fast and with a pleasant smile, we left a 30% tip for him. As a 30 year server I notice everything and that is no way to treat people.

Delicious. Short staffed but still great. Nice waitress. Food was hot and good

Food was good but very salty. I'm certain out server called us "Friend" over 200 times. It was similar to counting the number of time someone can say meow to someone at one time. It was something. Good efficient service though. The restaurant was super cold. Food was kinda slow to arrive and small portions. Typical olive garden experience. Just wanted fettuccine Alfredo lol

I had a nice, leisurely paced dinner with my aunt and mother. They had soup and salad. I had eggplant parmigiana. My meal had very generous portions! Three pieces of eggplant the size of quarter pound hamburgers and spaghetti. We ordered tiramisu and chocolate mousse pie to go. Our server was very good! She was attentive and let us eat at a relaxed pace. We had a wonderful time.

Absolutely ridiculous how good this place truly was. Everything was fresh and hot! Cooked and seasoned well. Wonderful wait staff and very clean restrooms. My friends and I will return soon.

Very pleasant staff and clean environment. The food was good, as expected, and portions v. value ample enough. We were seated next to the kitchen entrance and the only thing that bothered us was the wait staff shouting “corner”, “door” every time they came through the area. I get the safety aspect, it almost makes sense. I may have overlooked the almost-comedic word warnings if I hadn’t witnessed several near-misses despite “DOOR!” and “CORNER!” being said every couple minutes.

I found myself dining twice here due to the proximity to my hotel. I always cook Italian but this is not Italian food. The Alfredo is an Americanized version of heavy cream & uncooked shrimp. The wine list is absurd, as the prices vary greatly and do not match with the quality. The only good thing I had there was the salad and the fried calamares. There is zero ambiance, no atmosphere, I would not return, even if it was for free.

Desiree T provide the best service I have received since the pandemic. I hope management sees this to express my appreciation to Desiree for great service on my wife’s birthday dinner

Good Italian food varieties.Food taste is good.Part of the staff needs to learn how to deal with customers in more professional manner.Yet part of staff are really outstanding. They have a portable kiosk to pay or entertain on your table.Good location and parking area.Overall good place for Italian food experience.Average per person will be round the $30es.
