The food was delicious and while admittedly short-staffed, the manager and staff members working the dinner shift were friendly, attentive and fast-paced without seeming rushed, frazzled or flustered. We enjoyed our meal and service so much, we went back for lunch with additional family 2 days later. Special shout out to our server, Regan!!
I love this restaurant it has always been one of my favorites and I hate not being able to give it five stars but the service this last time around was sub par and not what I am used to. First it was very very slow to prepare my to go meal, once it was ready being a Togo meal I didn’t think I would have needed to ask for utensils but there weren’t any at all. I was traveling, to get back to to my room and not have anything to Eat my food with was very frustrating after waiting so long for it.Not having the simple things like butter or condiments was a no no. The food tasted great but was poorly prepared.I hope my next visit w it’ll go better.
There is a new manager at the horsepenLocation. We wanted to sit in the bar area because the bartender Tina makes a great margarita. He closed the bar area and had the bartender working as a server. The employees were not happy with his changes. Several servers were asking him about the changes he was making on a daily basis. Because he. Closed the bar area, he was also ripping customers off during happy hour. We were charged full price for our drinks. He also didn’t allow substitutions on the menu!
Its 'feast or famine' here (so to speak) both in terms of available service and the food. I can't comment on the food, because I haven't yet been offered a table. On visit 1, the place was not crowded but the quoted table wait time was super long. Another chain place you would be familiar with under 1 mile away was able to accommodate us. Our second try earlier tonight saw about a 15-20 minute wait, with one person letting us know there were only 2 servers. I respect the staff and realize this is a no-win situation. Perhaps we will try again and I can update the review. I have seen other places who manage to seat guests and get out drinks even if it takes a bit longer to order. Maybe there are other problems here. Who knows.
Good service but the loaded potato soup left a lot to be desired. It was lukewarm to cold.
We stopped for the night and decided to go to o charleys to eat. We waited what seemed like forever for our food. The waitress would come to our table and then disappear for a while. Finally had to just go ahead and stand up to get my to go order and bill. Found out our waitress, who only had our table, was also the only one doing to go orders. The manager was constantly on his phone but should’ve been the one doing to go. We will definitely make sure not to stop there on the way back through.
Honestly, it was a terrible experience. We placed a curbside to-go, waited roughly 50 minutes and had to go in to get the order; where there was another customer already complaining to the GM. She (GM) was terrible and didn't show basic customer service knowledge and was in a inappropriate outfit and very unprofessional. When we got home (about 7 minutes down the road) the food was awful. Order a steak and Tender and a Salad. The steak was suppose to be Medium, was raw and tasted like roadkill. The tenders were horribly hard and the sides were very bland and cold. The salad wasn't any better either. Overall, if I could I would give it 0/5 and won't go back to this O'Charleys.
Have ordered delivery from this location multiple times and have never had an issue. The food has always arrived hot and tasty. Love the rolls and they are very cheap to add an extra order. Although I haven't tried a lot of the menu the chicken tenders have always been excellent and the Mac and cheese is always creamy and cheesy as it should be.
It was a ghost town when we arrived. Our waitress was very nice! My club sandwich was very good BUT the rolls were hard which is unusual here. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Waited over an hour for our food, there were only a few customers in the restaurant. Baked potatoes came out under cooked, Mac and cheese was dry and barely warm, steak was over cooked as was the salmon with little flavor. Do not recommend.
