Our meal was incredible food-wise but it wasn't until after our biscuits and appetizer were long finished did we finally get our waters delivered to the table. Then when it was time to check out, our server came back to our table and asked us to clarify which card was for which bill again 'because he wasn't paying attention when we told him the first time.' His words, lmao. Straight up terrible service every time I have gone to this restaurant, which is a shame because the food is usually very good.
I had low expectations for dinner here... I was so wrong! The burgers were huge and cooked to order, the toppings were fresh tasting (Excellent pickles!), and the fries were equally as good! They also had sweet potato fries which stole the show, unfortunately they no longer serve them... It was so good, I went back again 2 weeks later, and we rarely order from restaurants these days. Did I mention it was about $35 for 3 meals?? Don't sleep on Charley's!
I was surprised that the restaurant wasn't booming with people. My meal was good though.
I arrived at this location 6300block of West broad st near the Burlington Coat factory and stop at the entrance while the employees just walked by and huddled in their group talking, there were only 2 customers in the entire restaurant. I will not visit this location again. We were not seated nor were we greater by anyone...they just walked by and continued their conversations.
I love this OCharleys. There's never a wait, sometimes because it's a little empty. This place is really underrated. The bartenders are always amazing. On my worst work days, this is my safe haven.
Slow service and they will probably not get your steak thebright temp. Good rolls an decent chicken. Appetizers ate pretty simple and plain.
Food quality has changed. Its not that good. My waiter was nice but thats about it.
Food was horrible, chicken, which they're known for, had no taste or seasoning. Bartender was a no show so no mixed drinks, ribs were tough, just not what I'm used to from them
They food is really good especially the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the fries i recommend going there for dinner or lunch
I know this store is only doing take out, but still deserves recognition. I've ordered food their every weekend for the last 3 weeks and the employees are amazing. They have had a manager coming in from out of town and this one younger manager had Christmas lights around his neck. He has been in an amazing mood everytime I go just pick up food. He interacts with guests and employees alike and has them laughing. Great people like him and the staff are hard to come by. Keep doing and keep fighting!!
