I love a full Vegan menu. The burgers & chicken sandwiches were delicious. Served hot and fresh! The sides on the other hand are in a buffet style on display. It’s still a must try if your in the area.

An all vegan café with amazing food, hearty servings, and awesome staff. Any time we come to Richmond, we drop by! Always leave with a ton of desserts for the drive home.

I'm seriously in love with this place. I usually get the crab cake sandwich with the mac n cheese and it hasn't disappointed ever. They give a lot of food so I can get two meals out of one entree with a side. The only thing I wish they had was soda products or at least a wider range of drink options. Regardless, it's one of my favorite places for vegan food!

Best vegan food I've ever had. Their mac n' cheese is far superior to any others I've tried (to compare, I went to Bookbinders last week and got their lobster mac. Paid $15+ and still not as good as NuVegan).Don't get me started on the chick'n drummies. Best tip is to go during rush hour to increase your chances of getting them fresh out of the fryer - soooo good. You won't even need sauce to dunk them in.

The food was good. Exceptional flavors. There was only the one gentleman that seemed to have any answers, I assume he was in charge. The server was a human sized spoon with hair.I asked to purchase a bun or sandwich bread as a side and they denied me. So that was odd. I even rearranged my question to be sure that we were understanding each other.... I just wanted to put the chik'n salad on bread. If you're ordering take out, I highly recommend the food. However, the atmosphere is less than pleasing.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had, period. So delicious I ate 2 servings and still went home and ate more, I couldn’t stop. Had a wonderful time in the fun atmosphere of the shop and chatting with the workers and some customers as well. Mac n cheese and drummers were to die for. Also, the seafood pasta salad is amazing. Everything was just so damn good.

Visiting Williamsburg from Florida and we had to make the drive to NuVegan. It was well worth it! I got 4 sides: chicken salad, sautéed cabbage, tofu curry, and mashed sweet potatoes. Hubby and son got the lasagna and it was one of the best vegan foods I’ve ever tasted so I had to go back a couple days later and get my own. Hubby doesn’t even like chick’n salad but theirs is so good that he loaded up on it. Mac and cheez was creamy and very good. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food they serve… no skimping and it allowed me plenty for a late lunch and late night snack. I have a killer sweet tooth and love dessert! Their cinnamon rolls aren’t uber sweet but I heated it up and it was a nice treat with that sugary icing. Their chocolate chip cookies are more like a sugar cookie with chocolate chips and absolutely delicious. The peanut butter cookies are great too and everything tasted super fresh. Staff was wonderful and overall great vibes. Thanks for offering such delectable all vegan options. Can’t wait for the next visit!

The food is always amazing.

I tried the chicken n drummies and cabbage. Both were pretty good. The sweet potato cheesecake was fantastic! They were out of collard greens, and sweet potatoes which was what I wanted to try so I definitely plan to go back!

I love their red wine kale & collards. My son likes their “chicken” drummies. This is a great spot for those interested in trying vegan or transitioning to a plant based lifestyle.
