All I’ll say is just run ??♀️ I am new to this area was just driving by and thought I’d give it a try. Worse decision ever! I should have known that there was a reason the parking lot was almost completely empty. The smell of the food was so weird and almost unbearable, but me being optimistic to trying something new thought maybe it contains fish sauce. Long story short I shared with my spouse and we are both sick!!!! It was gross and we became sick after only tasting it. The remainder went straight to the garbage where it belonged. Please shut this mess down!!!! 1 star bc you have to rate it to comment??? it looked good but remember everything that looks good…. IS NOT!!!
This review goes out to those that have never been to a noodles & company and want some insight into what the food taste like… i’ve been here a couple times many many many months apart, aka enough time forget what the food taste like, and each time I am painfully reminded that I don’t like any of it! The mac & cheese is worse than kraft mac & cheese but has a similar taste kids might like it I’m not sure. I’ve tried a couple different types of noodles as mentioned and I’m disappointed with all of them it just taste like lackluster microwave food to me. Or maybe cat food. Because of this I will say it’s very fulfilling just like any pasta. But the prices are so high there one person cannot eat for under $20 for a meal. The best thing on the menu are the pop stickers. Still it’s not something I would make a special trip out of to get. The prepackaged snickerdoodle cookie is okay. I get to drown the taste of the other food out. You have to pay extra for everything here even sauce. I never finish my food I just don’t like the taste. Not sure why every year I get a wild hair to try it again. Chicken is dry and I’ve had better frozen…
my family and I ordered dinner from them just last night. We ordered 2 Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. One of the noodles hard which makes me think they weren’t cooked all the way and the second one was very dry and really wasn’t spicy at all. both was not hot let alone warm . The 3 Potstickers was very tiny and wasn’t enough for my son this time. The rice crispy was very hard and dry, taste like it was a few days old. I always went to the one on Battlefield off of Bell Creek Road which always receive 5 stars. But this time I decided to get our dinner from the one on Willow lawn. I won’t be going back there to Willow lawn. It was $43 wasted.

I love this location wholeheartedly, and I would give anything for it. The service is impeccable, especially the ginger cashier. Very good food, would 100% recommend, and the staff is always doing their best. If you are looking for a place to eat, eat here.
I came in 1/3/2022 around 12pm. In the middle of the storm. Surprisingly this was the only food place open. The staff was great. The black gentleman with the glasses at the register was so sweet. Very patient. The food was hot. I was very pleased. Thank you to the cooks as well, for following direction with how i wanted my food. Thank you! Teamwork!
Don't put the salad dressing containers in the actual salad I'm going to eat. Hope someone at least had gloves on. The containers go outside the salad fyi, in the bag, doesn't have to touch everything I'm about to eat. Like throwing a ketchup packet in a burger
My meal was delicious and the employees were kind and courteous.
I come here so often some of the staff know me by name. Staff are always friendly and the food is consistently good.
