A wonderful place to get authentic Mediterranean food. The exterior and interior are beautiful and the service is outstanding. We had lunch with a native of Lebanon who said everything served was authentic and prepared properly. The food is delicious and they have ample parking and a full bar.

I want to like this place but I just can’t. I’ve given them three shots. The service is SLOW and food is on par with the Greek market takeout down the road. Todays visit went just like my previous two. I waited 10 min for a seat and tracked down someone to bring me a soda another 20 minutes later. Thanks to Clint though for his can-do attitude and bright smile while compensating for the rest of the staff alone. It was very uncomfortable when hostess kept a party of 6 standing in the lobby for half hour even though there were only three of us at tables; then chastised them they should have made a reservation (on a Sunday… at 2). I’ve just never been to a restaurant that has so many staff around but no one actually serving. In the future, if I wanted to be ignored or mansplained while eating then I’d just bring a date.

We had the falafel wrap with expertly seasoned fries and the Mediterranean roasted salmon with rice. Both dishes were excellent! We also enjoyed two mixed drinks which had generous pours. Alissa was our waitress, and she did an excellent job of checking in with us and serving us. Looking forward to returning soon!

Food much better than expected. Full and complex depth of flavors. Authentic. Very diverse and broad selections on menu. Facilities immaculate and clean. Staff and family glad to have you as guests. Highly recommend and will be a regular.

noticed the very dirty entrance floor as we walked in, was seated and received a flask of water which was also dirty looking, greasy finger prints and all! these observations did not give me a positive first impression, made me wonder about how clean the kitchen was!homemade pita and hummus was wonderful which was all I really did enjoy..will not go back.

Natalie's Taste of Lebanon is a recent addition to the south side. It had an excellent reputation before moving into the Stratford Shopping Center. We had some of the lighter items on the menu but I want to try the larger entrees to confirm that this is a great addition to the restaurants in the area. The falafel balls are among the best I have had. Some of the kinks in the service area still need to be worked out. The first time I tried to eat here, the restaurant was closing early because of a lack of staff. The beer and wine list is not extensive but there are some decent choices, including a number of local brews. There are a fair number of outdoor tables but they are not particularly comfortable and a sun shield is needed for the afternoon. There is a convenient option to pay by smartphone but the waiter ran after me after I had paid thinking that I was skipping out. They definitely need to smooth out some of these wrinkles.

The food at Natalie's was good at its previous location. I can't comment on the food at the new, former Positive Vibe location, because our party of four never got any food even though we waited for more than two hours. We arrived at 6:30 PM and were seated immediately. After 20 minutes, we asked the hostess if there was a waitperson assigned to our table. Our waitperson finally arrived and took our drink and food orders. Our drinks arrived approximately 20 minutes after that (or ~45 minutes after we had been seated). After that, nothing. After having waited about another 45 minutes, we overheard another party being told that the kitchen was backed up more than an hour. At that point we started trying to get our check and pay for the drinks. At that point, 2 hours+ into the ordeal, we paid for the drinks, left, and went next door to Galley, where we were served promptly.I understand that Natalie's is in a new location and is attempting to continue the Positive Vibe program. Good for them! They need to identify and fix the problems in their kitchen though or they will drive away all their potential customers.

Natalie's Taste of Lebanon is a nice restaurant! We had a large gathering for a birthday dinner and it went really well. Lots of love, laughter and good vibes! The food was amazing! I ordered the beef shawarma wrap. The customer service was great. One table ordered extra appetizers, so the server offered it to us and we gladly accepted! They were the carmelized, brussel sprouts! ? I would recommend this place for dates and large parties!

The beef shawarma and crispy Brussels sprouts were so fresh and delicious! I was halfway thru eating when I realized I forgot there was bread. The bread was similar to a pita and homemade. There was also foil in the bag to keep it warm which was pretty innovative. The bread was even good the next day as a cracker.

Food was very good but service very slow. The server apologized couple of time but that didn't make it better. They were short of staff even that the place was empty still was very slow.Over priced and they added the tip %20. which I think the customer should decide how much to tip. This was our last time.
