The lady working there was very polite but unfortunately the young gentleman was not. We were asked to leave because they were “backed up”. The correct customer service approach would be to estimate how long it’ll be and then let the customer decide. I know everyone is struggling to find people to work but that’s customer service 101! Won’t be back!
I just placed an order at your quioccasin location. The gentleman making my pizza did not interact with me. I went to the register to pay and no one addressed me. So I sat down to await my pizza. When it was done the young lady called my name. I advised her that I still needed to pay. She rang me up and walked off before the transaction was complete. I reached over got my receipt and left. This team is in desperate need of customer service training. I will no longer patronize this business. Thank you.
Been here more times than I can count and I can’t believe I didn’t try them sooner.I’ve always been hesitant of thin pizza, but their traditional flame baked pizza is so good and crispy every time!Their toppings are always fresh, and I’m not a fan of the sausage from other pizzerias but theirs is too good
Maybe it's better in person, but we did not enjoy our delivery order sadly. We got a pizza that was supposed to have a Sriracha drizzle, but instead it was so covered in Sriracha it was inedible (see photo). We got it replaced, and they didn't put any Sriracha sauce on the second one. We got a custom pizza as well, and the sauces were pretty flavorless and the crust was a bit burnt. I would suggest just ordering in store, to be safe. We aren't picky with pizza, but this was pretty disappointing

I had come in only to witness a woman yelling pointlessly at some poor employee. I later learned the one yelling is Sarah. Everyone could hear it, and she offered no constructive words in her rant. It was absolutely unprofessional. I cannot support a business that treats its employees with such lack of proper communication, decency, or management. As a supervisor in my own workplace, I cannot imagine staying in the hostile work environment created with actions such as this. I will be discouraging all I meet from giving to this business in any way.
I had the BEST experience. I definitely recommend MOD over other like franchises. The value was great. Pizza and ingredients were excellent. Staff very kind.
The pizza and service is very good. We had a very nice experience at this restaurant and I plan on returning soon.
This is by far my favorite pizza place in the west end! Quick; yummy, and always with a smile. The team at the regency location goes above and beyond to make us happy. If something it’s quite right - they ask then fix! 5 stars!!
