Mochinut has a new twist for Doughnuts. Their style in making these delicious desserts are very popular to the younger, and some older crowd.Price and quality are great. Located inside, 1st Floor building apartment, in the middle of Virgnia Commenweatlth University, area. Great spot to grab and go snacks for the busy srudents.Overall a great find for the Dessert goers. Definitely would recommend this place for friends and Family visiting the East Coast.
Mochi x Doughnut equals greatness. This is an absolute must if you like either mochi or doughnuts. On top of the unique mochinut doughnuts (I highly recommend trying the delicious mango mochinuts) they also have tasty noba milk tea. Additionally, they have unique soft serve icecream flavors. I enjoyed their taro and strawberry swirl icecream with a taiyaki on top (think fish shaped waffle cake). Definitely worth a taste, I plan on coming back.
Nice place for a sweet retreat , they have different kind of donuts, cookies, drinks for a snacks. College crowd mostly. Very light snack. But tasty
Stopped in on a recent trip to Richmond. The service was great and very friendly. The tables could have been cleaner but overall the decor and atmosphere was nice. The corn dog was fresh but not great in my opinion. It was covered in sugar which I was not expecting. The donuts were good but they only had a few flavor options at the time we were there. I'd give this place another try but my visit this time was just ok.
What a nice treat! Love the Mochi Donuts. Even though they were a little pricey, but it was well worth it. All flavors were very different and all were very good. We also had the Taro flavor soft serve, it was perfect!
I ordered online for in store pick up. 20 min later we arrive and the donuts were fresh and waiting on the to go table. The inside of the store is cute and bigger than I was expecting. The donuts are light but still satisfying. The sweetness is not overbearing. It’s perfectly paired with coffee or a bubble tea.
This place is a hidden gem within the VCU campus. I'm not really a donut person but I really enjoyed my Oreo mochinut. The consistency is just the right balance of fluffy and chewy. My milk tea was delicious and I liked that the container was more like a can of soda. Hadn't seen a bubble tea packaged this way before. The boba was perfect and the milk tea was nice. I'm interested to go back and try the Ube flavored milk tea and the churro flavored mochinut.
This was my first time at this place, and I'm thankful to Yelp for the chance to try them out. I love our Elite events because they give me an indide look at places I would have never found on my own and menu items I might not have tried.Today, I was pleasantly surprised and happy to get a quick, close park and walked right up to the counter.Our Elite Perk included a mochi donut and a boba drink. Unfortunately, they didn't have any vegan, but I wanted to try them out anyway for my occasional non vegan splurge. They didn't disappoint.I chose the chocolate mochi donut. First of all, it was super cute, and moist and more importantly it was delicious.Then, for my boba drink, I stepped out of my box and tried a Ube. It was a pretty purple color but was some kind of vegetable, but it tasted exactly like vanilla... weird, right?I will definitely go back another day and recommend them to anyone who live boba and donuts.
Oreo and funnel cake were my favorites tasted delicious!! ?
OMG...Those Rice Dogs are the best! My mouth was having a party consuming it. Can't wait to come back soon!
