Worst food and service I have ever experienced. Please save your money and go some place else. If you want a salad with olives, bet you get a salad without them and the pizza is horrible. It's like biting into crush from the last supper.

I wanted to like this place... The food was good but the service when I went was sub par. There was 2 servers and someone hosting but somehow they got confused as to who was waiting on our table. We waited up to 45min (only 2 other parties) while watching both servers pass us without asking if we were being helped. Finally we went up to order like takeout- but for here and the person got frustrated. Ordered the Lasagna and Alfredo but somehow ended up with a veggie pizza and our pasta. They did not offer a discount for the wait or the wrong item. Its a small business and thats why its not getting less than 4 stars.

Amazing food and super nice customer service! I was very impressed with the young man who took my phone call and worked the cash register today. He was very polite and enthusiastic, the most refreshing young person I have met in a long time. Also eggplant parm was above and beyond, we will be coming back. ?

This place has delicious Italian food and great atmosphere for a lunch date on a weekday. Pizza had some fresh crunch, mozzarella, and artichokes. The chicken alfredo is not your average boxed alfredo, it's gotta touch of Italy splash. Highly recommend and the staff is awesome.

We were traveling through Richmond and my wife wanted Italian food for lunch. We found Maldini's on Google and decided to try it. The atmosphere and the food are definitely Italian. The customer service was very good and courteous. That explains 17 years in business in the same location. My wife had the chicken alfredo and it was great. The pasta definitely tates like it was homemade.I had spaghetti ragu and it was very good as well. We're just passing thru....but if we ever pass thru again and it's lunch time, we will make sure to visit with Maldini.

Ate at this fantastic restaurant tonight. Wonderful Italian food, beautiful old world Italy atmosphere. We had a great Italian waiter, wish I knew his name. Definitely would highly recommend to people who appreciate great Italian food in lovely area.

This food is absolute garbage. Not a single thing there is homemade. I mean, if they don't even make their own salad dressing, what can they do?

Not good at all. Ordered a sub a couple weeks ago, was told to pick it up in 15 mins. Got there and continued to wait another 15 while being told “its coming right out” and “it’ll be the freshest sandwich you’ve ever eaten”. Subpar taste, terribly assembled, extremely messy. Tried them out again and it was x10 worse. Salad was bland, pepperoncinies were disgusting, not a single kalamata olive in it despite it being in the description. Chicken parm tasted like it came from a subway. Chicken gyro was not good, terribly cut and cleaned, was spitting pieces of cartilage out every bite. Should have known better when I saw how expansive their menu was. Quality over quantity people.. waste of $50 and above 26% tip.

I love Maldini's..... I moved to the area round 2017 an I found them shortly after that. I love all there food. The way they toast there subs mmmmm.......so crunchy ? The pizza is amazing I pick Maldini's over Pizza Hut or Papa Jon's any day..... Yall will forever have mine an my family's support ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Called for a carry-out pizza, asked if they had something with everything on it, like a supreme. The guy on the other end, who didn't speak English well, said "yes, a supreme". I said I wanted that. Then he asked if I wanted anything else and babbled about meats and veggies or extra cheese. At that point, I guess I should have known my order had gone sideways, but I didn't realize the guy's comprehension of English was so limited and extra cheese sounded like a good idea, so I said, "extra cheese". Went and picked it up just now and didn't check it before I left so now I'm staring at a #$%@ing cheese pizza.
