So let down by my sushi. Doubt I’ll go back.
Ordered shrimp tempura ramen and got tonkotsu ramen instead. Got ramen with no green onion, boiled egg, nori, nothing - just chashu. The food itself was not authentic. The maki was cut unevenly, and the ramen broth was definitely not pork bone base (tasted super sweet - almost like soy milk). They overcharged us (lunch special discount) and forgot our utensils and free sides. When asked about it, they struggled for 20 minutes charging, recharging my card multiple times trying to fix the price - eventually giving me a dollar bill. The amount of time wasted, the unprofessionalism of the lunch staff, as well as the lacking quality of food makes it hard for me to recommend this location. Furthermore, the floors and chairs were dirty and covered in sauce, and the table cloth was dusty. I really wanted to enjoy this place, in lieu of all the positive reviews and photos. Maybe there was a change in management?
I love this place! I always come here for a great experiance!
Visited for the first time today. My group of 4 ordered sushi, teriyaki chicken, lo mein and vegan hibachi. We also ordered boba drinks. The good was absolutely delicious. We lived in both Japan and China, the food was very reminiscent of the food we had in those countries. Two areas for improvement. 1) The table cloths are too big for the tables. If you have to clip it on, just get another cloth. We almost pulled it off the table just getting into the booth. 2) One of the sodas had rice in it. Check your cups before filling them.Positives: There was plenty of parking around the building, outside and inside seating, no waiting to order, GREAT MUSIC!!!, amazing food. We'll definitely add this place to the list of places my group likes to eat. It's slightly expensive ($120+ for our group of 4) but worth the cost!
We were a little skeptical about coming here because it’s new but definitely weren’t disappointed! We went yesterday around 5:30 and were the only ones in the restaurant. The vibes are lowkey and comfortable. We ordered the gyoza and seaweed salad for appetizers and both were AMAZING, for entrees we got Hibachi shrimp and the Singapore Curry noodles. The sauce on the shrimp was delicious and everything was flavorful! The Curry noodles were pretty simple but had a great flavor. Overall it was great and we’d definitely come back to dine in or order takeout!
Awesome food really great on weekdays on evenings to go if you want to take a nice date out. Nice little vibes, and plays early 2010 hip hop and a few other genres. Good is good!
Checked out this new restaurant last night. Ordered fried softshell crab and flower roll. For now they dont sell alcohol. Had to bring our own bottle of wine. But great food.
Made a reservation for Valentine's Day. Ordered sushi and beef bulgogi. Good food. Pleasant ambience. Will come back and order takeout.
Came for lunch with a friend on a Saturday. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered gyoza, a couple sushi rolls, and the Korean bulgogi. All the dishes came out at once. Their menu seemed to have a dish from almost every country in Asia which is usually a red flag for me but much to my surprise the gyoza and the bulgogi were quite good. The sushi rolls were fine if you enjoy maki rolls with completely cooked ingredients. When it comes to sushi I moreso prefer nigiri but this was not the spot for that. Between the perfect mango roll and the lucky whale roll that we ordered, I would suggest the perfect mango roll. The owner and his son came out to speak with us and were so nice. They gave us fruity drinks kinda like boba to take with us and I enjoyed my lychee drink with strawberry boba. I'd like to come back and try some of their other house specialty dishes.
The drunken noodles got a real nice kick! Spicy
