I visited the restaurant a few times. When I was in Virginia to visit my sister. She took me there. The food at Los Panchos is really good. All the staff are nice. I had the Pineapple Margareta it was really good. But it's seems that my sister drinks weren't as his as mine were. Every time I've been there. It's been pretty busy. But you usually don't have to wait very long for a seat.
My family and I had a great time at Los Panchos. The food was amazing and the service was fast and great. Every table receives chips with salsa and white salsa. I wish I could bring the white salsa home and put it on all my food. My oldest son had the macaroni and cheese and my youngest son has the cheeseburger with fries (not pictured). My wife had the Arroz Con Camarones and I had Enchiladas Chipotle. You can’t go wrong with the Enchiladas Chipotle, trust me.
Very pleased with this place! We came during the busiest time of supper rush hour with a party of eight and we did not have to wait more than ten minutes for a table! The waiters were friendly and very helpful. The buffalo wings were the absolute bomb! Highly recommend! The entrées were very good as well. Highly recommend if your ever in the area and looking for a good Mexican restaurant.

December 19th 2021 we just ate there service was wonderful, these kids are very respectful very well spoken. The food was delicious, I think they are one of the few that have white sauce and tomato sauce for chips amazing. The guacamole lady came to us, we didn't have to ask for fresh guacamole. Wonderful experience, better than before compared to a year ago. I definitely recommend it, please don't charge!
was a little busy, but the food was well worth the wait. Shout out to the freshly made guacamole, made at table side. Definitely returning for more.

Finally got a chance to go, and man it was wonderful! The service was excellent in my book. We all were tended to very well. The drinks we ordered were fixed perfectly. So good that I was tempted to order another but I had to drive. The food was great! Everything was very tasty. The wings are definitely a winner in my book! It was worth every penny. Next trip I'll be getting my margarita tower!!!
Some of the nicest and most attentive staff in a restaurant I've ever been to in Richmond. If you love guacamole, they will make it for you fresh on the spot when they bring out the chips and salsa. Overall I am pleased with my visit, will definitely be coming back.
