Overrated. Crappy location. And overpriced

Excellent service, amazing tasting menu, unbelievable mixed drinks, and a very safe environment where servers where masks appropriately the entire time and patrons are vaccinated. Thank you for such a great dining experience.

If you’re looking for a unique RVA food experience, then you have to try this place. This is food as an event, not just an item to taste. It’s totally worth it to do the wine pairings with the tasting menu. I enjoyed the food here, despite the small bites, more than I have at a lot of trendy places in Richmond.

Terrible service. Food was not worth the money.

absolutely beautiful and delicate experience with thoughtful and well-paced service.

We went there for our anniversary and were given Prosecco when we arrived. The restaurant has a tasting menu which includes wine....we didn’t do this as one of us doesn’t drink...the it is appetizer small plates and entree small/medium plates. The desserts were regular single serving. Our waiter was excellent, the food was great, atmosphere nice (open kitchen) and could see the fire pit outside. Would definitely recommend and go again, Sharon Moffatt

The staff members were friendly, however, waiting in between courses took entirely too long. A couple of friends, my boyfriend, and I went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and we were all disappointed. The price did not justify the food and none of the dishes blew us out of the water. Would not return in the future.

Went for a special occasion dinner. Food was delicious, service was beyond “on point”, and the whole experience was incredible. Definitely recommend, and we are already looking forward to returning.

We gave advance notice that we had two people with food allergies. However, for the person who was allergic to shellfish, no real accommodations were made. The shellfishwas either omitted or replaced with mushrooms. Half of his meal was mushrooms. For 65 dollars. It was truly absurd. And when we shared this complaint with the restaurant privately, we got no response. At the end of the day do not go if you have any food allergies. And honestly, I wouldn’t recommend going even if you don't have allergies. No dish blew my mind and the food was pretentious merely for the sake of being pretentious.

The attention to detail in every respect makes Longoven the epitome of what a dining experience should be. The service, plating, flavors, and atmosphere are thoughtfully planned and artfully balanced. The dishes are original in both taste and technique, thanks to highly skilled and imaginative chefs.
