My first experience at Longhorn was not the best. The waitress was very knowledgeable and was actually helping on the floor due to shortness of staffing. She was very polite and pleasant. The food was good but not very hot. The atmosphere was noisy but not to the point where you couldn't hold a conversation with the people that you come with. Not overly crowded, and clean. If I could change anything I just wish our food would have been hotter because the flavor was there.
Although the food was good as usual the staff seem to be very disengaged. The greeter at the door didn't greet us. Only asked us how many people then slowly went and got the menus and signaled for us to follow her. When arriving at our table she didn't seem to care whether we ate there or not. Our server Sam was very light spoken, hard to understand although he seemed willing, he seemed to be overworked also. This is probably part of the continuing staffing problem that all restaurants are having at the moment. Anyway the food was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. Just enjoyed a great meal tonight. Our server was spot on, friendly and made us feel special. Adding a star because they earned it!
I always order the Longhorn. A 22 Oz porterhouse medium rare. My friend had a New York Strip Medium Rare. I've never had to send a steak back at Longhorns and I've eating at them all across the states. Very consistent. The bars are always well stocked and their locations are always clean and the staff friendly. I really enjoyed this location. I highly recommend stopping by.
The Food was Excellent I had the Salmon with rice A sweet potato with butter,sugar and cinnamon and shrimp and lobster chowder
We had great service from our waitress Kaitlin, the draft beer was cold, the shrimp appetizer was hot and delicious.The salad was very fresh and crispy. The New York strip was cooked to perfection and the asparagus cooked perfectly.Thank you Longhorn for a great experience.
We had a party of 30... So it's much room for debate! Took about a half hour or more to be seated with reservations.. Then took a half hour to get drinks ordered. It was kind of disorganized as far as the apps and orders. My Longhorn steak arrived overcooked, I ordered medium. BUT OUR Waitress was Pleasant and we enjoyed ourselves as a family mom the less! I have it 3 stars for the timing and my steak was WAY overcooked!.. But for the circumstances it is what it is!
If there was a zero star available that is what this restaurant would receive. We ordered soup and salad and waited and waited. We waited for 30 minutes before receiving our drinks. We sat and watched other patrons come in after we ordered our food get seated, order their food, receive, eat their food, pay and leave before ours was delivered. Asked for the manager, he/she never showed up. Our pre-made food finally showed up after an hour and a half. I asked the waitress for a tea refill, she returned and poured water. It felt like we were being purposely ignored in this restaurant. Was given some excuse about machines being down but i do not understand what was so different about our order when other orders came out rather quickly. Service was very lacking and the fact the manager didn’t take 1 minute to explain sent a very strong message about how they feel/treat their customers. Avoid this restaurant if possible. I will not be back for sure.
Sat at the bar because I'm flying solo on a business trip. Food was great (Outlaw Ribeye) and had a couple good brews. Service was great too. Just like the Longhorn's back home in FLA.
Called in an order for pickup and was on hold so long I was able to make it to the restaurant before getting off hold. After putting in our order we waited around 40+ minutes for salads that didn't even have the grilled chicken sliced per the menu. Didn't seem like staff cared at all really. Staff didn't even give me my order, I had to grab it off a table because the to-go person was too busy chatting to the hostess. Terrible service overall.
Only one thing could have been a issue. Two medium well New York strip steaks. Mine was great but the other in my opinion was too pink for medium well. Service was great on a very busy Friday night. The food was great as well.
