Great place to have dinner the mofongo with shrimp was delicious.

Good food, delicious drinks

I like the restaurant because it had a nice ambiance, colorful and fun. Great service, good music and okay drinks. I ordered carne asada with rice, beans and tostones…to be honest the rice tasted like Minute rice (I’m not trying to be mean but this is my honest opinion) I went with someone else and he thought the same. The beans tasted like can beans and the carne asada was just okay. They serve good portions…I’m not saying it tasted bad but not very authentic. My friend ordered bandeja Paisa XL. Chorizo was good, chicharrón was not crispy as it should be…well seasoned yes but I feel like it had been there for a while and that’s the reason it wasn’t crispy. We ordered queso frito and it was served on a bread with maple syrup…hmm I don’t know about that…We didn’t really like it. Again I’m not saying it was bad but just not very authentic. Overall I would say it was okay.We had drinks and I liked my friend’s cocktail.I am Colombian and my friend is Puerto Rican.

Really dig the vibe! We enjoyed our meal. Epic portions, had to take a lot home. You will wrestle with the menu because there are so many incredible offerings. They really are doing the best they can, given the times.Do spend some time in their john...the art is quite an adventure...My ONLY beef is the automatic gratuity. That's really unnecessary. We would have tipped more, but that automatic thing really bugged us. Kinda puts a bad taste in your mouth and takes away from an otherwise wonderful experience.

IN LOVE ! I am from Queens and it’s really hard to find a place that has a mix of Colombian / Cuban / Puerto Rican food and executed beautifully . The atmosphere here is not only urban but warm as is Queens . I have to shout out the ladies in the kitchen for putting there all in every dish . This is will now be my go to place not to mention it’s 5 minutes from my job .

My friend introduced this place to me when I did travel nursing in Richmond. Omg, I would HAPPILY travel to Richmond from SC just to get a plate(s)of their food. The people are friendly, they give so much food for the prices. This place is a must to try if you’re ever in Richmond ??

La Bodega is a MUST if you're in the Richmond area. My personal favorite is Arroz Con Pollo; both, the regular and the added Hawaiian version. Some friends and I made a trip during New Years day and was met with top-tier quality. Friendly, welcoming nature. Homemade style cooking. It is place I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a cozy dine out or dine in.

We had driven by this place many times since moving downtown but hadn’t had a chance to stop. Went today and it was so delicious! The empanadas were the best I’ve ever tried!

Breakfast was amazing. I had been wanting this chur o french toast. never fails La Bodega

The food was delicious! It reminds me of home...The decor and the vibe is very welcoming. Johanna (waitress) was very patient. Our party was all over the place with orders and drinks. Oh! The DRINKS!...Whoa....One of the BEST Mojitos I've had. Ever!
