Outstanding! The wait staff was kind and knowledgeable, the menu was excellent, and the value (for the price) was great.

My husband did not want the table for 2 by the door and the hostess was very accommodating. We were able to be seated at another table for 2 within 15 minutes. Food and service are always excellent at L'Opossum. My birthday was Monday and I guess the waitress overheard my husband say something about me being the "birthday girl" and a candle was brought with my dessert.

The food was a work of art. Flavors were unique, fresh and innovative. Portions were very generous. The service was great and the atmosphere was stunning.
Had to run but our apps were dreamy. Loved the atmosphere! Will be back when we can spend more time.

The food is incredible and the staff is very friendly. Can't go wrong with any of the cocktails either.
The Meal: Faberge Egg Bedazzled and Steak Carpaccio starters, tasteful red wine accompanied by two entrees of Southern chicken and Filet Mignon of Beef "Swellington" and finished with one (too full for two) Swashsucklimmg Bundt Pirate with hot buttered rum and pineapple ambrosia. The Music: Heard between words: Eartha Kitt, Grace Jones, our waiter's voice. The Night: Superb start to our Anniversary. Cherry On Top: Conversed with a fellow diner that was a stranger and ended as my cousin-for real. What a small World.
The food was creative and delicious as always. The sorrel soup with the fish special was wonderful.
