It was great I enjoyed I would recommend
This was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at a donut shop. The employees completely ignored me for over 10min while I was one of only two customers at the front counter. Only one lady was helping the gentleman in front of me and 5 different employees walked past, looked at me and just walked off. I was coming to pick up an online order, and when someone finally acknowledged me the order I placed over an hour prior to coming was never even made… I then had the woman at the counter tell me “we will get to that.” After telling her what I was there for and proceeded to get the order for the lady behind me instead. The order should have been done way before I even got there, and to be brushed off was completely disrespectful. I would never go to this location again after this experience! It is clear that laughing, smashing donuts on the belt, and hanging out talking is more important to this location than you are.
The drive through woman today was extremely rude. I asked her several times not to be rude And she continued. If I was giving a review for her alone it would be a zero star. But to be fair, the donuts here are good and the manager sort of made it better. So to sum up my review I came there happy and left in a bad mood but with good donuts.
I brought the special 4/1/22 dozen glazed doughnut and dozen chocolate glaze. The young man told her what I was purchasing. The cashier stuck her finger in the side of the box and tore the box. I told her to get another box of doughnuts. She got an attitude and threw box in the trash. She did not say thank you.This type of performance is unacceptable. The time was 5:02pm
We used the Krispy Kreme app to determine when they were actively baking donuts. The store even had cute little free baker hats that children can take while they enjoy the baking process. You can't beat the flavor and softness of their donuts, especially when freshly warm.
Two stars only because the donuts are good. The lady who ran the drive thru today honestly has a horrible attitude. The drive thru takes forever, she has a really bad tone when speaking to customers and after making me wait a long time to get my coffees she realized she didn’t charge me for the small. She asked for my card back to charge me again after making me wait for a long time. It was honestly the weirdest interaction.
I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts but this location is clearly understaffed! Most of the time they close the lobby early and drive thru is the only option and it moves very slow! I especially enjoy going when the hot light is on but half the time I'm disappointed that the doughnuts aren't actually hot!
The doughnuts are delicious and fresh l love the customer service there they always to above ans beyond to make you feel good.
Why of course, when the red Hot Donuts light is on,make a u turn and grab two dozen warm glazed donuts. Best donuts ever; a Richmond staple since the late 1950s.
You can't beat Krispy Kreme hot & fresh doghnuts with a stick! If you did, the light melt in your mouth doughnut would be destroyed. There by sending a cloud of fine shards of original glaze sadly wafting away in the breeze. Be nice to doughnuts and just eat them when they're hot and fresh. Clean restroom located in the back. Decent prices for a dozen doughnuts you can watch being made.
