The food was great, if I was only judging the food it would be 5 stars. Why am I giving a 3 star? The service was not to the standard with the money I paid for. I have visited twice already, first time with my friends for Korean BBQ and one time by myself. Our first visit with my friends the service was great in the beginning and it wasn't too busy but we got all you can eat so we can eat a lot. But by the 6th plate of meat service disappeared. They didn't fill our drinks after the 4th plate of meat and it felt like they wanted us to leave. The servers literally passed by our tables pretending they didn't see us... I thought maybe it was just that random night so I came back by myself. I didn't get BBQ because I didn't want to be treated like that because I'm the only one they are serving, but it was the same treatment as the last time. Once your food is placed on your table they disappear... I had to ask for my drink to refill and I decided against getting a to-go order. The bill for the first trip was $120 (party of 3, gratuity added) for all you can eat BBQ and the 2nd visit (alone) was $44 with tip.
My favorite place to eat. The staff are always kind and helpful. The food is always very fresh, delicious, and overall a n enjoyable experience every time!
We came in around noon ish and it wasn't too busy. It is spacious inside and very nicely decorated. We were greeted and seated quickly and we went with Course A. The value was really good for two people. We also ordered kimbap and the fried mandu. All of the sides were tasty and the waiters were attentive and friendly. It was a great experience and would love to come back again. When ordering meats they allow you to do two at a time and bring more once the cook top is clear. It was very filling so next time I may skip additional sides in favor of more of the meats.
This was my first time doing Korean bbq. My experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was helpful and practically did all the work! Everyone is attentive and kind. I recommend this establishment. The all you can eat course B was enough and extra for 2 ppl to share. Check this place out!
This is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Me and my friends were very rowdy customers but the staff were all extremely polite and nice. We had the all you can eat course B and it was INCREDIBLE. The meat is all of the highest quality and tastes amazing. The side dishes were delicious and we were offered refills on them. Soju helped us have a great time.
The staff and Management are amazing hosts. The food blasted me back to when I was stationed in Korea. The all you can eat starts with a party of two. However there are many selections to choose from if dining alone. Loved it! A must try in the Midlothian area!
Service is great the food is AMAZING!! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK. The bulgogi is so delicious and tender it melts in your mouth!
Very familiar with Korean cuisine as our local Korean restaurant is probably one of the greatest restaurants in the Roanoke area. While away in Richmond we decided to go to Korean garden I have never had so much food in front of my face. But here's the thing every single bit of it was amazingly delicious. Not only is it a good experience to go to something that you're not familiar with. It is a worthwhile journey. Friendly staff with amazing food. Yes you will pay for it but you always do for good food.
Not bad at all. Nice interior, Korean waiters, AYCE? Didn't expect this in good old Richmond. Banchan should come earlier than the main dishes but came instead with the mains. Banchan was decent. Galbi and Bibimbap were decent. But decent is pretty good for Richmond standards.
Very fun experience for a 1st timer! We did the all you can eat for $32/person. It was great trying different meats and kimchi for the first time. Definitely worth it!
